Amazing day, really made the holiday
From start to finish was an amazing trip, picked up on time, seamless communication from the driver who was called zibi, what a lovely guy, really polite and helpful throughout the day.
Myself and my partner had lunch organized by the driver which was really nice
Comfy vehicle
Went to Auswhich, such a humbling experience, will admit I shared a tear whilst I was there
Went on to the salt mines which were amazing, I can thoroughly recommend this trip operator

Great guide and flexible manager.
A great tour overall, I very much enjoy the experience. Our guide Szymon was very friendly, thorough and easy to understand. Michal was flexible and allowed me to meet the group at site instead of picking me up which I really appreciated as I was driving straight to Przemsyl after the tour.

Excellent Service
Everything from booking our Auschwitz tour to getting back to hotel was excellent. Kept informed on pick up time which was exact. Very friendly driver explaining and showing us where to go, organised lunch for us at a charge which was very good fresh food and very good value. Would highly recommend.

Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour
Very good experience overall. The driver was early and everything was operated smoothly, In time and In good communication. Also Micah answered emails quickly and In excellent communication. Only thing was that the start was Very early In the morning and it was even made earlier the previous day, 6.10am, so that we were already back In Krakow by noon. Also the Guided tour In Auschwitz seemed quite rushed. I would still recommend the experience with Micah & co.

Well organised and worthwhile excursion.
Good communication over pick up time, small van pick up at hotel (not a coach trip). Tickets were provided with English speaking guide, driver waited for tour to finish then return to hotel door.
Worthwhile tour to see the amazing feats of underground engineering over hundreds of years.
