Description
During the whole journey, from pickup to drop off, you are looked after by a qualified English-speaking driver who will make you feel safe and comfortable. We provide comfortable transport in a small group of up to 8 people. You will be able to spend more time learning about culture and history instead of standing in a long queue for tickets. For last-minute bookings, pickup times are confirmed one day before the tour after 3:00 pm. Hotel pickups are most often between 6:00 am and 8:00 am.

Itinerary
Hotel pickup takes place 1,5 hours before the scheduled tour time. We provide a safe ride with an English-speaking driver in a comfortable car/minivan in a group of maximum 8 people. The route from Krakow to Auschwitz takes 1.5 hours.
The driver will take you to the entrance and give you tickets. Then you will have a security check similar to the one at the airport. ID cards will also be checked. The tour takes place in a 30-person group with a local guide. Each participant receives headphones. The first part of the tour is Auschwitz 1 - it lasts about 2 hours.
After a 15-minute break, short transfer to the second part of the museum - Birkenau.
After the tour, we take you back to the hotel.

Brilliant but sad experience and great tour guide, he was fully of knowledge. Definitely worth a visit
We had a very pleasant trip thanks to our driver Patryk. He was a very friendly man who clearly knew what he was doing. The ride was smooth, safe and comfortable, and we also had a lovely chat along the way. Everything was communicated very clearly beforehand, which was really appreciated. Upon arrival, he even brought us right to our hotel. Top service from start to finish! Thank you so much!
Patryk and his team were excellent tour managers. Communication prior to the pick up was superb and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He talked us through each step of the journey, explaining how long. The transportation itself was smooth and luxurious. Once we arrived at Auschwitz, he organised our entrance and linked us up with a brilliant guide. This part was well practiced and super efficient. After the visit, Patryk carefully brought us back to Krakow and dropped us off at the hotel door in one of the heaviest rain storms I've ever witnessed! I can see how hard Patryk and his team work and as a result, everything works well. He set the perfect tone for the visit and I'd highly recommend him.

The trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau with the provider 4 Travellers was perfectly organized from A to Z! Patrik picked us up right in front of our campsite, took great care of us on-site, and dropped us off there again... and this even though it was quite a detour! We can also highly recommend the packed lunch! Despite this sad background, the day was beautiful, and we learned a lot and felt completely comfortable! Our tour guide did a great job with many personal anecdotes! Although English is not our native language, it was possible to understand everything! A thousand thanks to everyone involved! It was worth every cent!
A really well run trip, great communication from Patryk, time of pick up was in advance and came on time as stated. And on completion of the tour, taken back to exact place we were picked up from. Advance Tickets straight in and our guide around both camps, Helena was so knowledgeable. As for the trip, harrowing, somber, a mix of emotions, but a trip that everyone should do.
