If you are arriving in Athens, meeting point is the Athens Airport. After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you outside the Arrivals Hall located outside the Customs Area. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name. This service is from/to Athens city area. Piraeus is NOT covered Meeting time is 30 min after your flight's arrival or if you are departing Athens pickup time from your location is 3 hours before. One hour of free waiting time for airport pickups, starting from your flight's landing time.

Reasonable price ($110) and nice driver. Everything worked as plan. He met us in the Arrival area and helped us with our luggage.
The van was there and driver waiting for us right as we exited baggage pick up. It accommodated six of us with large and additional suitcases with our problem.
What a relief to stop off the plane and walk through customs with a driver waiting to take your bags and drive us to the hotel! No taxi lines. No guess work. no sketchy drivers. It was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this service.
We provided flight info and were told they would be waiting outside of baggage claim. Airport was busy, took forever for luggage. No one waiting. Called number given and driver said he wasn’t able to wait. There was a taxi strike and forced to take train with multiple pieces of luggage. Requested a refund and nothing yet. Very frustrating.

Your arrival time was 11:10 am This service includes one hour of free waiting time for airport pickups, starting from your flight's landing time. Our driver was trying to reach you without success and you called back our driver at 12:24 pm (which is 1hour and 15 minutes after your arrival time). We have informed you on the same day that you were marked as non show and therefore charged full rate.
The driver was pleasant and informative. He met us on time and at the pick up location. Would book Viator again.
Our flight was ealry and the gentleman was there waiting for us. So nice and wonderful. Helped us with our luggage into the hotel. Thank you
They claimed they Tried to contact us prior to arrival ( one day) we were already enroute. Imagine. Further I had to see this only in the app as no emails were received. ( seems a Viator issue)
Driver was responsible, on time & extremely helpful & cordial!!! Was able to get us to the airport with time to spare!!!!
Demetrius not only picked us up from the airport - but was a wonderful tour guide as well! In addition, my dad’s family is from Volos so he played the traditional music from that area of the country and other music from our different ancestors. My grandsons all adored him. We had an enjoyable ride from the airport to our hotel.
Driver was at Hotel on Time 8:00am sharp ….no issues getting to airport … Private transport as advertised.. Recommend
