The driver barely greeted us and was more concerned with taking photos of our luggage ( which was standard luggage amounts! ) and then tried to take photos of the kids and their backpacks, at which point I asked her not to take photos of the children, I felt very uncomfortable, and she proceeded to do this for at least 5 minutes before getting in and saying to me I had a lot of luggage! It was extremely rude and unprofessional and not a great start to our trip. I had to ask her to start driving! Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend this service. I had a much better experience with a different company for our departure transfer
Was a decent ride from BKK airport to hotel in Sukhumvit area. Car was regular and not too new condition. Driver did drive a little fast at times to deal with Bangkok traffic.

Little difficult for a non Thai speaker to understand directions to the car but all went smoothly. Description said between gates 3 and 4 but to me a gate is where you board the plane not entrance doors.
