We brought four 18 year olds, two 17 year olds and us (grandparents). We all, especially the kids thought this was the best excursion we took in Puerto Rico. Easy booking, the staff was so friendly. On the beach section of the trip they brought us drinks and fruit while we were in the water chilling. Saw so many fish, stingrays, a turtle. The beach was beautiful and the water so clear. A++ rating from the teens!

Went with my husband to celebrate our first anniversary and we had the best time. The crew were fun and ready for anything. We had a slight change of plans and instead of Icacos went to Vieques. We still had the most fun. Saw a bunch of turtles, puffer fish, sting rays and many reefs with different fish. 10/10 vibe and experience. We recommend them full. 🤩

Nice experience for all ages, saw decent amount of fish including sea turtles & sting rays. Sandwiches & drinks offered (soda, water, beer & rum drinks) were actually pretty good and the trip did not feel like a booze cruise. Boat ride was a bit bumpy but the beach & snorkeling had calm waters. Waste floaties were offered but not required.

Absolutely amazing experience, worth every penny. Would highly recommend. Everything was exactly how it was described and exceeded expectations. Lunch was great, they had unlimited drinks, snacks and fruit and were very attentive to everyone’s needs and wellbeing. Our two favorite people from the crew were Isabella and Diago, the whole crew was so friendly and polite.

We were scheduled to go to Culebra but couldn’t due to weather which is understandable. On board with us was a group of guys who were over served alcohol and made the majority of the trip unenjoyable. At one point I had a guy shaking his butt in me and my 9 year olds face and we had to move seats. The snorkeling was ok, but this was not a very family friendly trip due to music choices, vaping from so many on board, and intoxicated guests. I think it could have been a memorable trip for us, but honestly don’t feel it was worth the price tag on this run.

Safety is always our top priority, which is why we made the decision to reroute the trip instead of going to Culebra due to the weather. We know that can be disappointing, but we never compromise when it comes to ocean conditions. We also understand that the crowding from other boats was not enjoyable. Unfortunately, because the sea conditions were rough that day, many tour operators had to reroute to the same sheltered area to ensure everyone’s safety. While this can make the destination busier than usual, it is the safest option during those conditions. We’re especially sorry to hear about the behavior of some guests on board. That is not the experience we want any of our guests—especially families with children—to have. While we do offer complimentary alcoholic beverages after snorkeling, we expect everyone to behave respectfully. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us reinforce those expectations with both our crew and quests. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the fun, safe, and family-friendly experience we’re known for.

From the start the greeting was warm and friendly and it felt we all became fast friends, in the water if we needed support or encouragement Isabella was there, and on the boat the lunch hit the spot, the drinks were made to order and the music kept us bopping! The WHOLE CREW was amazing, and Isabella was my absolute favorite. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to attend to all the guests needs, and make sure we were comfortable, safe, and most of all having fun!

We had a wonderful snorkel tour! They took us to Vieques. We saw sea turtles, squids, urchins, and many fish. Our guide Bruno and the whole team was awesome.
