Everything goes smoothly if you read instructions when you buy the ticket via Tripadvisor. This ticket works also fron Venice to the Airport, however, you can change the voucher to ticket only at 2 ticket offices in Venice

Dear Alilaguna Customer Service, I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the travel times and the efficiency of the connection service between Marco Polo Airport and the Lido of Venice. It is unacceptable that, compared to a flight from Rome Fiumicino to Venice which takes only 55 minutes, the boat trip from the airport to the Lido requires almost an hour. Such a disproportionate margin of time completely negates the speed of air travel, causing significant inconvenience and unjustified loss of time for passengers and residents. I believe that the management of times, frequencies, and connections is completely inadequate compared to the standards of an international airport connection. I request that this report be taken into consideration for a revision of the schedules and for an effective improvement in the speed and quality of the service offered.

Purtroppo, se si scrive usando Tripadvisor non si riesce ad accedere alle informazioni, del tipo il riferimento del viaggio o l'ora in cui ha viaggiato con l'Alilaguna. Come può vedere sul sito, abbiamo dei PDF in cui può vedere gli orari del suddetto mezzo, quanto ci mette e quindi quando arriva. Ad ogni fermata del battello può consultare gli orari. Upon arrival at the airport file signs to the water taxi. They leave every 30 minutes for Venice. It's well organized and incredibly inexpensive way to get into the city. We booked a hotel in front of one of the stops to facilitate baggage handling. Great shuttle service.

When getting to the water taxi from baggage clam the water taxi signs are blue but they don't tell you which way to go also there is a bit of a wait for the water taxi but not to long 20mins
We were a group that needed to get to the airport from St. Mark's Square, so we decided to take the water bus because it was very hot and we were tired of walking. The service itself would be convenient, but the dated, noisy, and slow boats make the trip arduous and tiring. The cost of €18 per person, children included, seems a bit high compared to what is offered. Then during the numerous stops, the air inside was stifling ...
Il vaporetto normale, a corsa, costa 10€, il prezzo dell'Alilaguna, che fa le fermate per prendere i passeggeri e quindi non è un taxi, è stato ponderato. La prossima volta che siete a Venezia, suggeriamo di prendere un taxi privato con la Nostra compagnia, per arrivare in città con la massima tranquillità. Easy to find water bus departure from airport. where just follow signs. Exchanged voucher for ticket at ticket office where you board.
Perfect and quick transfer by vaporeto. €18 one way. Simple and hassle-free, I recommend it

Horrible experience! We have had to wait almost 2 hours since each boat carries 30 people maximum. I don't understand why there isn't more frequency between June and September! If you don't want to waste time or miss your return flight, rule out this option!!

Very enjoyable ride to Venice with awesome employees!!! However please do understand the waterbus almost stop to every stopping point in Venice, but this gives you the opportunity to see beautiful views of Venice!!
Very disappointed by this excursion. As soon as we picked up the tickets, the reception agent was very unpleasant. At the end, the onboard staff practically kicked us out. The guide spoke neither English nor French correctly, and the time spent on the islands was insufficient. I do not recommend this company.
