**Title: Good Service with a Small Arrival Mix-Up** Our arrival began with a little confusion. After clearing customs and reaching the pickup area, we did not see a driver holding our name or signage clearly identifying eTransfers Punta Cana. After asking around for a few minutes, we located their representatives and pointed out that the company name was not displayed on their signboard. They corrected it immediately and explained that our driver had encountered traffic. We waited approximately 20 minutes for the driver. A quick message through WhatsApp or Viator about the delay would have been helpful, but the mix-up did not put a damper on our vacation. Once the driver arrived, everything went smoothly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the driver was courteous and drove safely. For my return, I requested an earlier pickup to allow extra time at the airport. The company accommodated my request, and the driver arrived promptly. The return ride was just as clean, comfortable, and professional. Overall, we had a good experience. I will be returning to Punta Cana in October and would likely use eTransfers again.

Great service and easy to coordinate
Emma was great from the beginning and made everything easy to coordinate. She stayed in contact and made sure our transportation was taken care of. The driver was on time, professional and the ride was smooth. No issues at all. I would definitely use them again when I come back to Punta Cana.

Communication can be lacking but a good transport service
It would better if communication was better. I’m a planner so I had to reach out and get Info on where pickup is. The instructions given are vague, I’m thinking I needed to walk out and see someone beside their car, not look for my name on a poster. It felt like I should have taken a group shuttle because I still had to wait. On a good note, they did apologize. The 1st driver was quiet, but on my way back, he was a bit more lively. They showed up before the scheduled time and Ila’s a solo traveler, I did feel safe.

Great service
This was a great experience I would recommend this company to anyone traveling to Dominican Republic. They communicated throughout the process they were there early to pick me up from the airport and also early when they picked me up from the resort as well. Definitely a A+++++ for me.

Driver drove very erratic & unsafe. As a professional driver, I would be terminated if I drove in that manner.
