The driver didn’t show up and didn’t respond to calls/emails. Viator support stuff was hard to get to-I made four attempts via chat and every time the wait time was over 10 minutes. Once I got someone, she too was unable to get a hold of the provider and could only promise my money back.
Booked a transfer but they were over half an hour late. Stressed me out majorly but we did arrive before flight closure.
