From Pre arrival to pick up, Eric made the experience welcoming, hassle free and comfortable. He was accommodating during the hour and half drive. He was also very informative and provided recommendations for the area.

We used them for both our airport pickup and return drop-off. They were on time as promised, and the rides were very comfortable and safe. Eric is fantastic! Friendly, easy to work with and everything was first class. He always had cold water waiting for us (he drove us to and from the airport) and his van was exceptionally clean. We will absolutely use him again! He even made some recommendations and helped us schedule a fishing excursion - which was the highlight of our trip. We cannot recommend him enough!

I wish I could give Eric 10 stars. If you are traveling to Costa Rica, you should hope that you’re able to get as good a driver and tour guide as him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He adapted our drive to Los Suenos to our needs, stopping along the way to grab some authentic Costa Rican treats, and then a little grocery shopping before arriving at the resort. I had only booked Eric for our incoming flight because I wasn’t sure he was the real deal, but have RUSHED to make sure he is available to take us back as well. Run don’t walk to book him if you need reliable, professional and incredibly friendly transportation in Costa Rica.

Driver was great! On time and professional. He had water for us and we were able to stop for groceries. He also stopped at crocodile bridge for us.

Jonny was waiting for us at SJO when we landed and was so kind and attentive. He had cold beer and ice water for us and pointed out all the sights between the airport and our Marriott in Los Sueños. We bought plantain chips from a vendor while waiting in traffic and they were amazing. Halfway through the trip we stopped to use the restroom and Jonny helped us pick out some organic bananas and mangos at a fruit stand. He also stopped so we could take a picture of the magnificent Costa Rican sunset. We are so grateful for his hospitality- not to mention getting us safely to the resort through challenging traffic! We are using him again for our return trip and we highly recommend Jonny and this company!
