We booked taxi for all our transfer in Sri Lanka. It was super convenient, all the drivers were super nice, always on time and we had the AC in the car. The price are also really correct so I highly recommend their services. We even had the chance to see leopard and elephant during one of our transfer and the taxi stopped for us to take nice pics and video

We had a private driver for some routes. The drivers were always on time or even a little early and were very friendly. The arrangement went smoothly and quickly via WhatsApp. Would book private rides through the site again anytime.
The communication was with driver was good, and direction for pickup at the airport was clear. Driver was friendly and recommended places to visit during stay and how you can get to the different locations.
I recommend it 200%. I stayed 20 days in Sri Lanka and used Real Lanka Holidays for 7 services with trips of at least 1h00. The day before each service, you receive a message to coordinate the locations and times. On the morning of departure, you receive a message with a photo of the car and the license plate. I am a solo traveler, and I have never been bothered by a driver; they were even very happy to help me discover their country and their culture. Very nice discovery and really happy to have chosen this provider.
