It was a great and relaxing experience despite language barrier, they manage to provide a good service. The place is hygienic unlike the previous place we've been. The ladies are amazing masseuse! Would love to come back one day.

The pickup was punctual and smooth, the welcome at LChic was warm, and the treatments (hammam, foot bath, and full-body massage) were wonderfully soothing. The ladies are all very friendly, accommodating, and professional. An absolute recommendation!
False advertising, transport is generally not included; at the time of booking you provide the pickup address, they validate it, and after the withdrawal period has passed, they say to pay a sum equivalent to the activity for exceeding the zone; they say that only the tourist zone is included. I had to pay for the travel that was included in my booking myself without compensation, and the operator Viator did not intervene even though my offer was very clear. Regarding the massage, the masseuse was very kind and professional; I only blame the management, which tries to scam tourists as always; the salons compete to attract with attractive prices and then make up for it when you can no longer back out. For the price, there is nothing to say, but it is the principle of announcing a service and then catching customers off guard, so if you want to relax, it's a failure; they stress you out more.

Il est également précisé qu'un supplément de 200 MAD est applicable pour les adresses situées en dehors de cette zone. Dès réception de votre réservation, nous vous avons contacté afin de vérifier votre adresse de prise en charge et de vous informer que celle-ci se trouvait en dehors de la zone couverte par le transport gratuit. Après ces explications, vous avez choisi de maintenir votre réservation et de vous rendre au spa par vos propres moyens, sans régler le supplément proposé. Nous regrettons que cette politique de transport, pourtant clairement mentionnée dans notre offre et expliquée avant votre venue, ait donné lieu à ce malentendu. Nous sommes néanmoins heureux de constater que vous avez apprécié la qualité de la prestation et le professionnalisme de notre praticienne, que vous avez d'ailleurs soulignés dans votre commentaire. I decided to look online for a Hamman & Massage since the one at my hotel was super expensive. Lchic Spa popped up with great ratings and availability, so I took a chance and booked through booking.com. It was so easy, once I paid I got a confirmation email and the manager even WhatsApp'd me with more info. This was my first Hamman, and it was amazing! The spa was clean and looked great, and the staff were super friendly. The body scrub and massage were absolutely perfect, a solid 10/10. Plus, they even picked me up from my hotel and dropped me back off afterward. Seriously, check out places outside your hotel and book with these guys, you won't regret it!

So far the best Hammam and massage I’ve had from the other countries I’ve visited Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia Staff are super friendly and gentle. They maintained dignity and was very aware. I also forgot my wet clothes bag, and they re arranged for the taxi to return back to me on the same day. Very professional and efficient. If I come back to agadir I will definitely be visiting this spa again!
