Itinerary
Your journey starts with a brief drive along Agadir Beach and Marina, where you’ll catch glimpses of the golden sands, coastal promenade, and luxurious yachts before continuing to your first main stop.
We’ll make a quick stop at the beautiful Mosquée Mohamed V, one of Agadir’s most prominent landmarks. Visitors can admire the mosque’s striking exterior, take photos, and appreciate its intricate modern Moroccan architecture. Please note that entrance inside the mosque is not allowed.
Our journey continues to a traditional Argan oil cooperative, where you’ll have the chance to discover the secrets of Morocco’s “liquid gold.” Witness local Berber women demonstrating traditional methods of extracting this precious oil, passed down through generations. Learn about the numerous health and beauty benefits of Argan oil, from nourishing skin and hair to its use in Moroccan cuisine. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase authentic, high-quality Argan products directly from the cooperative—an ideal way to support the local community and take home a meaningful souvenir.
No visit to Agadir is complete without experiencing the vibrant energy of its largest marketplace: Souk El Had. Step into a world of colors, scents, and sounds as you explore endless stalls filled with local goods, fresh produce, fragrant spices, handmade crafts, and traditional Moroccan textiles. Whether you’re shopping for unique souvenirs, sampling local delicacies, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, the souk offers a true taste of Moroccan life. Take your time to haggle with friendly vendors and discover hidden treasures that capture the essence of Agadir.
Next, we ascend to the historic Agadir Oufella Kasbah, perched high above the city on a hilltop. This 16th-century fortress offers spectacular panoramic views of the coastline, bustling port, and sprawling city below. As you explore the ancient ruins, your guide will share fascinating insights into the history of the kasbah, including the devastating 1960 earthquake that shaped modern Agadir. Time your visit with the setting sun to witness the sky ablaze with colors, casting a magical glow over the city and ocean—an unforgettable sight. You’ll have plenty of time to take stunning photos or enjoy optional activities, such as a camel ride, for a truly memorable experience at this iconic viewpoint.

The views from Agadir Oufella were stunning, and visiting Souk El Had was a great experience. Omar was an excellent guide and driver friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the tour. Highly recommended! 😊
The guide was very kind, I highly recommend. The excursion was great!! Was on time and he drives very well
What a wonderful excursion from start to finish, I was promptly emailed my pick up time which removed any worries. Muhamad was lovely, his English was brilliant. He was knowledgeable about the area, sharing many facts. He went above and beyond even stopping for an extra rest stop due to the toilet facilities being un suitable at the market. He was patient and friendly the entire trip. The views we saw were amazing and we will treasure the memories for years to come.
It was a nice evening trip. The mosque was closed and the kasbah ouefella was very sandy and windy, so you might want to cover up. That also closes at 8 pm. Driver let us take the cable car down from the top.
Got little explanation. Furthermore, friendly and neat guy. We didn't stop at the port. Was very busy at the moment..
Muhammad our guide was very punctual and super friendly! We drove through the bustling Marina up to the Kasbah where we were given free time to explore the absolutely breathtaking sights down to the city and read about the history of the ancient fortress. Muhammad was extremely patient and we never felt in any rush. From there we were driven down to see the stunning Agadir Mosque and then on to see how they produce Argan oil and the various products. This was a real highlight to see how little has changed in the preparation of this luxurious oil over the years! We ended the tour with a 45 minute stroll around the Souk el Had marketplace - this was a vibrant and buzzing place with some absolutely beautiful handmade crafts Thank you so much Muhammad!
This activity is very good to discover Agadir, you can visit the marina which is really nice side very alive by the sea, the souk an essential to do in Agadir , the mosque Mohamed v which is very pretty and especially climb to the kasbah agadir oufella on the mountain with the inscriptions in Moroccan. The view is just breathtaking. Unfortunately when we got up there the mist arrived very quickly and we could not enjoy this view. So to do when the sky is clear because frankly it is worth it!
The city tour offers a good insight into the city and history of Agadir. Our guide Mohamed went to great lengths. He was very accommodating and responded flexibly to our wishes. We also learned a lot about Berber language and culture and there were many opportunities to take beautiful souvenir photos. Especially the conclusion in the Kasbah at sunset was our highlight. Thank you Mohamed for the magical experience, you can feel well that you showed us your city with passion.
This morning tour has been highlight of the holiday so far! Amazing way to spend a morning. Mohammed our guide was super friendly and had lots of local knowledge that he shared with us along the way. We didn't feel rushed and able to really enjoy our time out. Would definitely recommend to any animal lovers or photography enthusiasts as the shots you can get of the goats up the argon trees are amazing!! The argon oil factory was also a great way to end the trip and bought some great products! 10/10
Nice tour, especially if you don't have a car and much time to spend wandering around. We could have a look at the Mosque (from the outside), have a long stroll through the Souk and wait for the sunset view from the Kasbah. The driver was very kind and patient
