Absolutely enjoyed the WOK tour. Our guide immersed us in the history, culture, traditions, and yes the tasted of Vancouver’s Chinatown!! An awesome experience, highly recommend it!!
This was such a great experience! Bob not only gave us knowledge of the culture but also a sensitivity to the meaning behind much of what we saw, especially at the garden. So many interesting stops. It was a tour to learn about much more than just food though the food was excellent and learning about the tea preparation was fascinating. Thank you so much!
A wonderful walk through Chinatown, combined with the chance to sample a wide variety of delicious Chinese specialties. It was a fascinating and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The highlight was the traditional Chinese tea ceremony at the end, which was both informative and memorable. It made me realize that I will never look at tea in quite the same way again. Highly recommended!

Bob is an entertaining, thoughtful, and kind gentleman. We very much enjoyed the walking tour and learned a great deal about the community and culture (in addition to eating delicious food). Food itself wasn’t anything unusual but it all tasted good. I recommend it for all visitors!

This tour perfectly blends rich cultural history with incredible food. Having Chef Bob as our guide made all the difference. He shared deep insights into Chinatown’s heritage while leading us to the absolute best culinary spots in the neighborhood.Every single tasting was phenomenal. We loved the delicious dim sum, flavorful BBQ, and the perfect pairing of pastries and tea. We walked away with full stomachs and a profound appreciation for the area's vibrant history. Great afternoon spent with Bob! It was so nice hearing about how the Chinese built a culture in Vancouver. Bob was so knowledgeable, friendly and a good laugh. The food was next level-the final DimSum was so much food and extraordinary!

Bob was the best tour guide! We had a lovely day walking around Chinatown visiting the main spots with Bob telling us about everything. We had a lot of food including some barbecued meat, a couple of different pastries, and a lunch with lots of different dishes to share. We also had a tea demonstration with tastings. Everything was delicious! I would highly recommend this tour to all food lovers and anyone who wants to learn more about the Chinese people in Vancouver.
