Nice tour, but expensive

I enjoyed the Stone Town tour and found it informative. I also liked the Spice Farm Tour, however as others have mentioned there is an obligation to tip. There was the spice farm guide, a person who made a banana leaf crown (unprompted), and the person who climbed the coconut tree. There were also tip boxes for the person who cut fruit for you to try. While I enjoyed the guide and the information provided, I felt that needing to tip so many people took away from the experience, especially because it was $90 to start with. While I enjoyed it I don't think it was worth the money paid. Perhaps a standalone Spice Farm Tour outside of Stone Town would have been more cost effective.

We were overall very happy. With the dolphin tour is that it can be upsetting for marine friendly people

We booked the Spice tour, Stone Town Walking Tour, Dolphin watching, Reef Snorkelling and Sand Bank Tours. They all exceeded our Expectations, our guide through the Spice farm and Stone Town was extremely knowledgeable and gave us true insight into the culture and lifestyle. The snorkelling was very fun and we saw many different kinds of fish on the reef.

Good tour

Me and my wife went to the spice farm and after that to stone town. It was so interesting to learn about the spices and visit stone town, the following day we went to a sea turtle place. I've seen the sea turtles on TV before, but never in real life, I even fed the turtles sea weed, I highly recommend the activity to all people! It is and was amazing. Machano our guide made everything very easy for us. Thank you Machano and the rest of the team!
