2026/4/8 I came to the camel safari. Here desert is so vast, and so warm. Maybe 30 degree?? I rode on a camel though, camel is so tall. I think camel is taller than hosre. When the camel was standing, It's almost 3meters high. Riding a camel was really awesome experience, and I spent a chill time in desert. Guide was so nice man and teached us his story and living in desert. If you come here, you can experience these things.
I went for a trip in India with my 2 daughters : 13 and 9 years old The most incredible safari experience we have ever had. Honestly… this was nothing like any other safari. It was just the three of us, alone in the endless dunes. No crowds. No noise. Just the silence of the desert, the wind, the golden sunset… and our laughter. It felt incredibly exclusive and deeply special. Our camel guide, Abdullah, was absolutely AMAZING. So kind, so gentle, so professional. He made the whole experience even more magical with his warmth and constant smile. We felt completely safe and cared for from beginning to end. The dinner? Absolutely delicious. Prepared by the jeep driver (who clearly has hidden chef talents 😄), it was authentic, generous and truly tasty. Eating in the middle of the dunes at sunset was already magical… but the food made it unforgettable. And then… breakfast in bed at sunrise 🌅 Hot coffee served on a tray, surrounded by pink and golden light, in the pure silence of the desert. Truly a 5-billion-star hotel experience. The bedding was extremely comfortable, warm blankets, perfectly set up camp. Sleeping under the vast desert sky is something we will never forget. The value for money is exceptional for such a private and intimate experience. We felt privileged, lucky, and deeply grateful. If you are looking for something authentic, human, and far from mass-tourism safaris… this is it. Unique. Real. Unforgettable. Thank you, Abdullah 🤍🐪✨ Thank you Fifu to be my friend for now.... many years I love Jaisalmer, I love you all ❤️❤️
The evening in the desert and the night in the nice campside were enchanting. A great music show and delicious food from the buffet made it a beautiful experience. The short walk on the camel at sunrise time was the highlight. Thanks to Fifu for the great organization and to Gabir, who was a great companion and more than a guide.
Honestly, it was a breath-taking experience and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend to all. The first thing that stood out to me was how well coordinated the staff were. I believe his nickname is "Fifu" and the owner of the Desert Safari, Pal Rajah, were excellent hosts. The ride to the different monuments along the way was quite the adventure as we trek down some very narrow trails; now my driver did not know English well, so it made it hard to communicate with him and learn about the sites we visited from him, but still he made a valiant effort and was very attentive so that was a plus! The folkdance performance was conducted by Pal Rajah's super talented staff had the whole audience was super engaged. Also, the food was amazing, I think the best food I've had throughout my entire trip; especially the chapatis. The tent was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby; I was surprisingly warm and to cap it off, the camel ride early in the morning was beyond refreshing! All this for just $100 (I booked with Expedia, which at the time of my booking, gave the best price).
Great tour as we wanted, without noise, without tent villages or wind turbines. Beautiful camel ride and night in the dunes under the stars.
Beautiful scenery, an incredible dance and music show in front of an excellent meal, and a driver always smiling and in a good mood, with explanations on the different sites. An amazing experience that I can only recommend.
Wonderful welcome, magical sunset camel ride. Excellent buffet before the dance show and night in a tent. Very comfortable. I recommend
As the sun slanted, our shadows on the camels grew longer. The bells rang gently as the camels walked. It was a strange feeling to think that this vast desert would continue on into the future. The show had wonderful music and dancing. It was a peaceful and happy moment to dance with travelers from all over the world. Under the starry sky, my husband and I were able to see a shooting star. I will never forget this wonderful night we spent in the desert.
The drive to the camp, the friendly guide who was fluent in the language, and the many dilapidated historical buildings we visited along the way made it a wonderful journey so far. The time between arriving at camp and going to bed at night is truly a magic hour. Amazing shows by artists living in the desert of Rajasthan, exceptional food, a starry sky, and the longest shooting star you've ever seen! All of them were great memories. It's a golden time in my life, something I'll treasure for the rest of my life.
Very cool overnight experience in the desert! The camp is quite well laid out, it’s even surprising in the middle of the desert. Water and electricity available. Very comfortable “deluxe tent”, private bathroom. A little difficult to get hot water but quite normal in the middle of a desert. Possibility of taking a camel ride at sunset. Indian music and dance by the fire during dinner (buffet). In the morning, breakfast (buffet) before returning to Jaisalmer (about 30’ drive). Soda accompanied us throughout this experience, he took great care of our well-being!
