7 Days Luxury Desert Tour From Casablanca to Marrakech via fez -Camel trekking

And no air conditioning in the tent despite luxury and it can be hot with just fan

We spent a lot of time researching tours and wondering what would suit us best in a place very unfamiliar to us. This tour was everything we could have hoped for and more. It offered opportunities to see more than just what you see on social media - authentic experiences and meeting amazing people along the way. The accomodation was brilliant, food was great - especially in the Dadès Valley! And the part that really made this whole trip extra special was our driver, Said. He was an exceptional driver, shared so much knowledge with us and was so caring and kind. Truly a legend! Thank you Said, I highly recommend this tour. The driving days are long but well worth it to reach the places you would otherwise never be able to see on your own!

We rate our driver Mohammed 5 stars for his attentiveness and pleasant attitude. He also drove us long distances daily from Casablanca to chefchaouen, Fez to merzouga, Dades valley, Todra gorge, Ait Ben Haddou and Col du tickhka 2260m elevation also known as Morocco’s most challenging pass, and safely to Marrakech. He was always concerned about our safety and well-being. Moreover our tour started on 28 May which coincided with the week long celebration of EID where souks in Fez Medina were closed and getting a guide in Fez was not arranged by the tour company. He took great initiative to contact his friend Mustapha also from Fez to stand in much to our gratitude and delight as Mustafa was very knowledgeable and engaging. We gave the tour 4 instead of 5 stars becos 1) no advice regarding EID celebration which is week long leading to closure of most shops, currency exchange, guides on holiday and places of interest. This should be highlighted when we check your availability as we were unable to soak in the medieval atmosphere of Fez Medina 2) luxury desert camp at Tassili is misnomer as there was no air conditioning only a fan with private toilet. Beware of travelling in summer cos the tent could be hot and suffocating. A standard fan does not cool down air; it merely circulated 38 deg C heat which persisted throughout the night till 4 AM when the temp cooled a little. We were subjected to suffocating indoor temperatures and could not sleep. Bottled water was not available at the Riads or tent enroute to Marrakech. Our driver was thoughtful to offer us bottled water along the way. We recommend this tour to sample the flavors of different parts of Morocco but avoid the EID holidays becos everywhere is closed; luxury desert tent is without air conditioning n can be suffocating; arm yourselves with bottled water as all riads don’t supply water but good breakfasts.

We recently went to Morocco and Sayid was our driver. I have nothing but only positive comments for him. He did an amazing job. Ismail organized everything. These two are one of the most nicest people I have ever met. We could not make it to Majorelle garden due to time constraints but Ismail organized another smaller garden instead, which was very nice of him to do that. Overall very nice experience! This is my first visit to Morocco and I am truly impressed. The citizens are polite, the food is amazing and the Architecture along with the mosaic designs are very impressive. However, none of this would not have been possible without our outstanding, kind and patient tour guide Hamid whom picked us up from airport to the end of tour. I highly recommend Enjoy Desert Tours and Hamid, he’s absolutely the best 😊

We had an amazing 7 day tour. Hamid was our guide; he was excellent and very knowledgeable! While there was lots of driving Hamid was always upbeat and fun! The food was delicious, the scenery was breathtaking and the people were so warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want to immerse yourself in the culture without having the stress of having to plan it all yourself. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit Morocco.

The 7 day luxury tour with my friends, and our driver/guide was a blast! Hamid was exceptional! He was pleasant to be around, very friendly, a safe driver and tons of fun! I can say that my first visit to Morocco went smoothly because of him. I highly recommend this tour!!

We had a wonderful time on our tour with Said as our driver & guide. We were fully able to focus on enjoying the experience without worrying about any of the logistics or details. The riads we stayed at were beautiful, the food was always delicious, we always felt safe, and every experience was thoughtfully delivered. When we made a few modifications during our tour, the company was responsive and helpful. We only had one small issue come up and they worked with us to resolve it quickly without any hassle, which is exactly what you want.
