Our tour starts right from your pick-up! Our guide doesn't just talk to you and recite a standard script... No! They love their job and the surroundings, actively involving you in shaping this tour experience. Historically, the Everglades in South Florida began in the coastal areas of today's South Florida Metropolitan Area, and that's why our guides start sharing stories about the Everglades right from the pick-up. During the drive, you'll get detailed information about the past, present, and future of the Everglades, as well as insights into the exotic flora and fauna. By the time you step off the bus, you'll already be experts on the Everglades!
Get ready for a thrilling approximately 60-minute airboat ride through the "River of Grass" that we've selected for you! Zoom into the wild vegetation, pass by alligators, turtles, snakes, and other wildlife, giving you the chance for unforgettable experiences and unique photo opportunities! Our airboat ride lasts twice as long (up to 60 minutes) and is twice as fast (up to 80 km/h) compared to other tour providers. Afterward, enjoy an informative 20-minute wildlife show, where you can marvel at "Nuisance Alligators" – alligators that have been rescued from certain death! Don't forget to check out the park's souvenir shop for the perfect keepsake to bring home.
Before heading back, we'll explain to you why the alligator population has recovered through alligator farms. Also, feel free to use the return journey to discuss any remaining questions or other interesting topics about the Everglades. We only offer pick-ups at private residences or hotels within our designated pick-up area. Pick-up times vary depending on your location and traffic conditions. Your guide will send the exact pick-up time the afternoon before your tour via email. Please also check your Viator Message Center. Certain areas in Miami Beach cannot be serviced directly due to local city code restrictions. If your address is in a restricted zone, we will assign the nearest legal and safe meeting point. All final details will be available in your TripAdvisor InfoCenter the afternoon before your tour. Florida weather changes quickly. The tour operates rain or shine. Miami Beach Pick-Up Regulations Miami Beach does not allow pick-ups on the road. Stopping at the curb — even for just a few seconds — can result in high fines issued by the city. ⚠️ To stay compliant and ensure your safety, we only pick up at hotels with a private driveway or loading ramp where we can safely pull in without blocking the street. If your hotel does not have its own driveway: You will receive a nearby meeting point at a hotel with a legal loading area. This meeting point will always be within short walking distance. It will appear in your final confirmation email.

Pickup and the drive to the Everglades were top-notch. April was very nice and did a great job. We imagined the airboat tour itself would be better. At least we saw turtles, alligators, and a few birds. We did not like that we booked the German-language tour and it was conducted in English. That is definitely misleading on the site. We could have gotten the tour cheaper elsewhere in English.
Party of 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 9). Smooth pick up from our hotel in Miami with good communication. Guide friendly and knowledgeable. Our first air boat experience was fab. Driver again, fun and knowledgeable. Spoke about all the wildlife and was able to get close up to some crocs. There’s a shop for drinks, ice creams and gifts where you get on the air boat. I had booked this tour as no mention of the croc zoo/show which I was keen to avoid but it is included. They claim taking crocs from their natural environments have been ‘rescued’, only to be sat on, turned and twisted and forced to open their jaws. The other animals kept there are in awful small, confined cages and they have baby crocs with mouths sellotaped.
Our excursion to the Everglades was an absolute highlight of our vacation! Our tour guide Hagen in particular made the day an unforgettable experience. With his friendly manner, his extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, and his enthusiasm for the Everglades, he made the tour incredibly exciting. We can recommend the tour without reservation and would book it again anytime. Thank you very much for this fantastic experience!
Excellent tour ! Relaxed tour to the Everglades with prompt communication. Abril was wonderful guide! Small group almost private! Amazing choice if you are in the Miami area and would like to experience the Everglades for half a day!
Unreservedly recommended! Hagen picked us up at the hotel on time (great service) and provided us with extensive information during the drive to the Everglades (bilingual, English+German). With the appropriate background, then after about a 50-minute drive, off into the airboats, saw plenty of alligators, and finally received a detailed demonstration about the alligators themselves. Back then again with lots of information about Miami and culture (including a cold drink and local candy) + Hagen was so kind as to even drive us to South Beach (even though we had our hotel room in Downtown); THANK YOU HAGEN! An all-around successful excursion and absolutely recommended!

Our driver, April, was very nice and welcoming. She stopped for us to use the bathroom on the way to the Everglades. She tools pictures for us and was great communicating! You guys are awesome 😎

These are scammers! Before the tour, nobody replied to my messages asking about the pickup time. This morning, nobody showed up, and they are not answering the phone. Do not use their services if you don’t want to lose your money!

Every single booking confirmation, pickup time, location, and instruction is automatically sent through our world-class booking system, Rezdy. It's basically the Swiss watch of tour bookings—it doesn't forget, doesn't oversleep, and definitely doesn't ghost anyone. 😊 We also don't operate a phone hotline. That's intentional! Everything is documented in writing so there's no confusion about who said what. It's our little "bulletproof documentation" strategy, and it has served thousands of happy guests very well. The funniest part? Our driver actually arrived at the pickup point right on time. The other passengers on the bus can confirm that we waited... but sadly, you were the only thing missing from the tropical adventure. 🌺🚌 So from our perspective, it feels a bit like you missed the bus, then decided to throw coconuts at the coconut tree. 🥥😄 Calling us scammers after we showed up as scheduled isn't really fair. If anything, please don't scam *us* with a review that doesn't match what actually happened.
