On our way to the mountains, we'll visit a small family farm that grows coffee and cocoa. We'll get a glimpse inside their natural product production process, which is their means of subsistence.

Riding a horse through a verdant habitat, across mountain and riverbank scenery, is the next leg of your Punta Cana journey. As you wind your way through a cocoa plantation, you'll pass by a traditional Dominican rural house surrounded by tropical trees like chinola (passsion fruit), mango, avocado, and sugar cane.

Our next stop will be at the neighborhood market and the "Virgen de La Altagracia" Basilica.

Great day out exploring
It was a nice day out on horses and buggies. The zip line was amazing. Unfortunately because of weather we didn’t go to the city and get to see the church and cocoa beans. Overall I’d definitely recommend the tour!
