From our first message to the final goodbye, this felt like a safari run by people who genuinely care, not a company chasing bookings. Communication was quick and warm, with every question answered clearly. Our driver, Mustafá, knew the parks like the back of his hand — his experience was obvious in the way he anticipated the animals’ movements and gave us the best possible views, making sure we saw as much wildlife as possible. I’m certain there’s no better driver out there than Mustapha . Our guide, Patrick, was wonderful throughout the entire trip: kind, patient, fluent in Spanish, and clearly passionate about the parks and their wildlife.
