Excursion Cairo will pick you up from hotel in to Visit Old Cairo where you will enjoy, the Hanging Church of 3 rd century which was built of the 2 tower which remains from Babylon fortress Church of Abu Serga , where you can see the holy crypt , Ben Ezra Synagogue for Jewish and back to hotel.
The Monastery of Saint Simon, also known as the Cave Church, is located in the Mokattam mountain in southeastern Cairo. Seven churches and chapels are hidden within a series of caves inside the Monastery; the Virgin Mary and St. Simon Cathedral is the largest church. Inside the spacious caverns, beautiful engravings cover the walls, each representing stories from the Bible. St. Simon’s Hall, a large seating arena that accommodates 2,000 people for spiritual meetings, sits on the upper level. The Monastery also includes an education center, an area for children, as well as a school for the deaf. Now considered one of the largest Coptic monasteries in Egypt, the grandeur of the churches hidden within the heart of the Mokattam Hills belie their relatively recent construction.

Such a wonderfull 4 hour tour in Coptic Cairo and St. Simon passing through the garbage city with a mini van guided by Ahmed who was so helpfull with his knowledge and assistance.. Definitely worth it even if we were very tired cause of our flight before this tour. Check it out, you eant regret it!

Was a good trip and included more than expected. Roma the guide was very nice. Shady the driver probably the calmness driver in all of Egypt. He was also very nice. If you short of time you can pace for a little shorter trip I would say.

Rhaman gave us a terrific half day experience in Coptic Cairo - with great insights shared on the Hanging Church, Abu Serga and the Orthodox Church of St George. As a bonus we saw the incredible Cave Church - both the large outside church and the indoor one. Rhaman and our driver were also very accommodating in facilitating additional experiences for us on the fly at the end of our day. We very much appreciated them going the extra mile.

I booked this tour for my dad who had a layover in Cairo. This tour was given by BisHoo who was incredible. My dad had such an incredible and memorable time visiting these sites. Bishoo was AMAZING and looked after dad so well. He was also knowledgable and was very friendly. I would advise travellers to aware that there is additional $30 for airport pick up. It was there in the small print and I missed it.
