Proprietor Larry was responsive to all my calls and questions, beginning just after booking. He’s a good man, honest and attentive. You e-sign a legal waiver but he does not take and hold an IS or passport. If you call & he doesn’t answer, he’s busy ,& will call you back. A pleasure doing business with him.

Great communication and fab e-bikes. Definitely recommend. In 4 hours we saw so much. Stanley Park seawall trail, twice, over the Lionsgate Bridge and back.

Larry made the whole process so easy, and his directions were perfect! The kids are already asking when we can go see Larry again. Lol! Highly recommend for locals and out-of-towners! We had a great experience renting e-bikes yesterday! The bikes were comfortable and made exploring Vancouver so much easier and more enjoyable. We did have a small issue when one of the bikes broke, but Larry was amazing. He responded very quickly and resolved the problem right away. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and how helpful and professional he was. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely rent from them again! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our first time on e-bikes. It took a bit of learning to find the sweet spot which was ever-changing. Larry was very kind and provided adequate information for operation and route directions. Would do again.

We went as a family in August 2026. Larry is very attentive and efficient. Clear instructions, bike in very good condition, of good quality, and he takes the time to adjust them for everyone. I highly recommend this activity.
