4 Days Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Mid-Range Group Safari

We had an absolutely unforgettable safari in Tanzania with Suricata Safari, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 🇹🇿🦁 From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized, professional, and welcoming. We saw incredible wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and experienced the true beauty of Tanzania. A very special thank you to our guide, Gerard, who was simply the best! He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and incredibly passionate about Tanzania and its wildlife. Gerard always made sure we were comfortable, safe, and in the best position to enjoy every moment. His knowledge of the animals and the parks made the safari even more special. Thanks to Suricata and especially Gerard, this became a trip we will remember for the rest of our lives. Had an amazing time at the Safari with Charles! He did an incredible job getting us to see all the big five and big ten and more animals! He went so fast to get us to see the animals and we will always remember this time. Also this tour was a great value for the price and love that they’ve always been responsive and made sure we got where we need to go. Love that I didn’t have to think about anything except enjoy the views on this safari.

Great. From communication to value for money. Cancellation policy is good and important. 4 days tour is intense but it contains all you need and it gives you the time to see all the big 5, at least. We were lucky and we got to see the big 10. Included food is good and more than enough. Cars are 4x4 comfortable and big, they host 7/6 people. Resorts are nice and bush camp is an experience you have to try. Charles, our guide, was special. Very straight to the point and friendly.

Great safari, we had our first visit in Serengeti and have seen a lot of wild animals! Our guide is named Steve, it’s a great guide and respectful of the animals and their environment. He is driving safely.

We went on a 4-Day Medium-Range Group Safari with Suricata Safaris. Group size was 7 people which was perfectly fine and even contributed to the trip. Overall, we had a very nice experience with Suricata and would recommend the safari. Our guides were extremely friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. They also showed a genuine interest in finding and showing us as many different animals as possible, which made the game drives particularly enjoyable. The accommodations were generally very nice, with Suricata Boma Lodge being an absolute highlight. The lodge was incredibly nice and made the overall experience even better. Four days turned out to be a very good timeframe for a safari covering this region. It gave us enough time to see a lot. Someone should be prepared though for a lengthy and bumpy trip to Serengeti, as it takes several hours (one way) to reach the actual park. There were, however, some hiccups with the schedule and communication. A few things did not always run as smoothly as expected, although the guides generally did their best to solve problems when they arose. We were less impressed with the optional Maasai culture tour (+$15). Unfortunately, it felt more like a tourist trap than an authentic cultural experience. Some of the stories and information provided by the inhabitants did not seem to add up, and the experience felt rather staged. There was also quite a lot of pressure to buy souvenirs, many of which were surprisingly expensive. For us, this was the weakest part of the safari and we would definitely skip it if we did the trip again. Overall: A very enjoyable safari with excellent and genuinely motivated guides, great accommodations, and a good four-day itinerary. The organization and communication could be improved, and we would not recommend the optional Maasai village tour based on our experience. Despite these issues, we had a great time and would generally recommend Suricata. Drivers: Amos+Frank. Thank you so much!

This was my very first safari, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. Suricata agency took care of absolutely everything—every detail was perfectly arranged, making the whole trip stress-free and magical. ​Our tour guide, Anthony, was phenomenal. He was so patient and knowledgeable, and he always knew exactly where to go to give us the best experience on our game drives. The food was another major highlight, thanks to Chef Salim. Every meal was delicious and exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring! ​We also had the best group, which made the whole experience so much fun. If you want a flawlessly executed safari with an incredible team, book with Suricata, Anthony, and Salim!

Our 4-day safari with Suricata Safaris was an absolutely unforgettable experience! 🐘🦁🌍 We explored Tarangire, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater, and every single day brought something incredible from getting up close to wildlife in Tarangire, to witnessing the breathtaking landscapes and animals of the Serengeti, and finally experiencing the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. A huge part of what made the trip so special was our guide and driver, Anthony. He was genuinely the best! His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was exceptional, he knew exactly where to go and when to be there, and his ability to spot animals from what seemed like miles away was unbelievable. More importantly, he was incredibly friendly, patient, professional and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Anthony went above and beyond throughout the four days, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to experience Tanzania with. Suricata Safaris was fantastic from start to finish, and we would highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.
