For a deposit of 200 EUR by card, 6 euros are withheld. The offer contains no information about the 200€ deposit or the 3% fee for payment by debit or Visa card. In addition, the older woman in the dilapidated office was extremely unfriendly. Furthermore, there were difficulties in getting the 200€ refunded to me, as I would have to show her a receipt for it. There are so many bookings that she cannot find any assignment by name, amount, and time in your Butterbox for about 5 receipts. After a few sentences in English, I received the majority of my deposit (97%) back. Regarding the trip itself, it must be said that we drove shortly after Paguera and into a small bay for swimming. The boat was good, but the engine was very weak.

So goad we decided to add an additional hour as 2 hours would not of been enough, next time we will book for 4 hours as we were having the best time snorkelling in the coves we sailed too.

The worst tourist experience of my life, abusive, humiliating, and shameful treatment by the employee of this boat rental company. I traveled more than two hours by plane from Germany, then I took a bus for more than an hour from the city center just to reserve a boat with a confirmed time from 16:15 to 18:15. I arrived promptly at four in the afternoon, and they informed me that the previous customer had broken the boat, so they could not rent it to us. Despite the endless journey in vain, I understood the problem and asked to look for an alternative, since the next day I had to return to Germany and we would not have another chance to come back. When I explained to her that we had come by plane from very far away just for this rental, the female employee who assisted me openly mocked me and commented with contempt: "Do you really think you came by plane just to rent a boat?" I don't understand what is so strange about traveling to enjoy a boat trip, so I took out my plane ticket to prove it. Without even looking at it, she pushed my phone away abruptly and answered me with indifference: "I don't care how you got here." She herself acknowledged that she was only in charge of collecting the deposit, but her attitude was completely aggressive and rude throughout the entire conversation. I spoke to her calmly the whole time to find a peaceful solution; however, she yelled at me, insulted me severely, and even ordered me to leave the premises immediately. The four of us friends were so fed up with her humiliating behavior that we had to call the police. We were talking with the officers for two or three whole hours, and the police explicitly stated that the company had to refund the entire reservation amount to us without delay. More than forty-eight hours have passed since the police intervention, and up to this moment, we have not received a single euro of a refund. I am deeply enraged by everything that happened, and I am immensely embarrassed for this business: it completely lacks professionalism, respect, or honesty with foreign tourists who travel thousands of kilometers to hire their services. I strictly forbid any tourist from hiring their boats. Their staff ridicules customers, yells at them, and kicks them out of the premises for no reason, and furthermore, they fail to comply with the agreements formalized before the police authorities. I demand an urgent full refund for my reservation and an official apology for the abusive and contemptuous treatment that the four of us suffered.

Everything was so simple, only took a few minutes to learn controls and off we went. Anchored up done a bit a messing around in the water, sunbathing then back home. Brilliant day.

I refuse to pay for a cruise excursions since they’re $$$$ and you have no control over your experience. I found this great deal and my family had a wonderful time swimming and tooling around (albeit very slowly since the motor is tiny). We did 4 hours and had 4 adults and 2 small kids on the boat, it’s definitely snug but you’re mostly swimming anyway. It was a great deal and about 20ish minutes from the cruise port. You save a ton not having a captain to tip

The Scottish woman seemed quite rude at first, but I think it’s just coz she’s Scottish 😆 everything else was perfect especially Ime, the daughter in law and her amazing little boy

Great trip! The boat was easy to drive, had a bluetooth speaker on board and the instructions were clear. We only regretted not booking for longer as 2 hours pass quickly!
