2-Hour Coasteering Adventure Near Bude
Description
Our team of qualified and experienced instructors will guide you along the intertidal zone of our stunning coastline. Swim through huge sea caves, explore wildlife-rich rock pools, visit hidden and inaccessible beaches before taking the leap of faith from one of the many jump sites. Our coasteering sessions run from a beautiful and unique venue in North Cornwall. The location offers a range of opportunities, explorations and experiences in a spectacular costal setting. The sessions are tailored to meet the needs and abilities of each group with all safety equipment being provided. You must be over 10 years old and able to swim 50 meters unaided in order to take part. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

So good. The guides were really good fun and really accommodating of all the different people on the tour. Tiring but well worth the money and would really highly recommend it.

what a great way to spend a few hours climbing rocks, swimming, jumping, caving! james and his assistant kept us safe along the way with nuggets of knowledge em parted along the way.
Fantastic trip, highly recommended
Fantastic morning of coastering with Tom and Sally. Each displayed in depth knowledge of the area and were very friendly and approachable. The event was very well planned with bouldering and the squeeze at the beginning to build your confidence to tackle the jumps. They start off small with each progressively getting higher and higher. The encouragement and tips provided after each jump only added to the experience, but it's all down to you. You either go for it or not. You make the experience, Tom and Sally provide the knowledge so you can do it all safely.
Tom was lovely and got everyone kitted up quickly. Tom’s geographical knowledge of Cornwall was awesome. The kids had a great time rock jumping but would have loved to do higher jumps! Great experience in a beautiful setting.
Tom and Sally were brilliant guides and instructors. I took my daughter (11yrs) whilst on holiday in Cornwall. Both instructors made us feel very safe, and that they wanted to give us the very best experience we could have. We joined a small group (6) and headed out first thing (0930) - a short walk to start the coasteering, and the water was wonderfully warm. Great combination of swimming, exploring caves, jumping off rocks and bouldering round the coast. A small climb to get back to the car park but all doable and the views were incredible. Kit was easy, parking straight forward and there was time for a few pics afterwards. A great morning and thoroughly recommended.

The coasteering experience was fantastic!!! Friendly and knowledgeable guides who made the whole group (12 of us, saw other groups with over 20) feel comfortable and at ease. Lots of fun exploring the inter-tidal zone with squeezes, rock scrambles, swims and great jumps. We did this for my son's 16th birthday and it was a fantastic choice. I could not recommend Freewave more highly. They are professional, approachable and make every experience one to remember.
I took my two kids, aged 11 and 13. We weren't overly sure what to expect but had an amazing time. The instructors were friendly, helpful and supportive. The location was breathtaking too, overall, it was out favourite holiday activity!
