Great service, very comfortable. Believe it or not but our guide’s name was Bruce Lee - he assured us that in case of an attack he can protect all of us with his crazy kung fu skills. Sadly the journey was very peaceful and comfortable so we couldn’t test his claims. Therefore it remains to be seen if our Bruce Lee is real Bruce Lee :/
Bus guide (Bruce Lee) was entertaining. Azura service staffs were friendly and smiling always. Cruise can accommodate about 30 cabins. Weather was great for us to go boating and kayaking.

Amazing cruise, the views are beautiful, food was delicious. Staff were really friendly especially robin from the cruise and Lee the guide on the bus they were both so nice and funny made the experience very enjoyable! We will be back again
I booked this transfer for a round trip to and from Ha Long Bay as part of my Cruise experience through Getyourguide. It was easy to arranged and the customer service was good. Our guide, Lee, was very commutative and sent us the exact pick up location as my hotel road was closed, but was an easy 3min walk. The drive was smooth and the bus was great and really comfy with reclining seats. Would definitely recommend!
The cabin on the cruise is the highlight of the trip. The transportation from and to Hanoi is well organised. The guide on the bus Mr.Lee is a helpful gentleman.
