We were a family of 4 that did 12 days in Kenya and Tanzania, we had the best time. We really recommend Silver Spark Africa. We felt safe and taken care of the whole time during our safari. Abongo and his team really made traveling really easy, we had nothing to plan and coordinate and we had freedom to decide and choose on our meals as to what we wanted to prioritize. Our guide, Peter was very professional and informative. Recommended hotels were great. Before arriving Abongo really made great research and follow ups for us, on what we wanted. And when there was the need to make some small changes, he did so quickly and effectively. On arrival to Kenya, we were catered to hand and foot. Knowledge and friendly guide in Tanzania, Waziri really looking for us to experience the best of it all. Overall, for our 12 days we were able to enjoy the adventure of discovering animals without thinking about anything else, knowing we were in great hands. We highly recommend the safaris for both couples and group trips.

When planning for an Africa safaris,you have to toil on the choice of Safari company to use over several lists of them. We have been in longest conversation via emails but it all came true for our safari when we met Abongo at the Airport in Nairobi. At that moment, our journey with Silver Spark Africa began, this 12-day safari felt like stepping into a nature documentary only this time, we were living it. Serengeti was simply breathtaking. Endless golden plains dotted with zebras, wildebeest, and big cats in action. We witnessed a lion hunt at sunrise, an unforgettable moment that will stay with us forever. Our camp was well positioned for game drives and offered surreal stargazing at night with a campfire in the middle of the campsite. After days on dusty safari trails in Kenya and Tanzania, Zanzibar was a perfect tropical contrast. We relaxed on white sand beaches, explored historic Stone Town aided by the hotel manager, Jan and savored fresh seafood as the sun set over the Indian Ocean. It was the perfect ending to an epic adventure, we could not ask for anything more than the experience we had during this particular safari. The package we choose strikes the perfect balance for us, thrilling wildlife, immersive culture and beachside relaxation in Zanzibar. The logistics provided with Silver Spark were seamless, our guides Peter and Waziri were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodations exceeded expectations in every destination. Only in Octagon lodge in Ngorongoro we had no electricity power for some time but it was restored by the help of a generator. I highly recommended the safari package for anyone dreaming of experiencing Africa’s most iconic parks and ending in paradise over the zanzibar beach.

Our trip was planned perfectly for us, they listened to what was important for us in a safari and created a wonderful itinerary for us and we enjoyed. The memories are worthwhile. I would recommend them to any person. Thanks to you guys. Hope to unwind with you again soon.!

We had a wonderful safari with Silver Spark Africa, seeing absolutely everything we could have wished for, including big five animals in real treat. Abongo was straightforward to deal with over emails before and after we booked and our driver Kepha was an excellent, friendly, flexible guide and an unflappable character. We had one of the best game drives. The challenging thing in some the road in the park are so muddy both it was great that we had a 4*4 jeep but the rest of the roads you experience on the trip are a bit better, so by day two you'll be well accustomed to the bumpiness and it won't affect your enjoyment. However, the amount of time that drives took were generally around an hour longer than we'd been told to expect, so it's worth factoring this in. The accommodations that Abongo booked us into massively exceeded our expectations - some stunning and very comfortable locations. Pretty impressive to stay in these places at this price, an upside perhaps of tourism being a little quieter than normal in Kenya at the moment but again most of the hotels were five stars.
