We had a great time. One of our party was scared of heights and yhe guides walked him through everything and he had a great time. They did a great job balancing safety and fun.
An amazing experience. The team made our tour fun and memorable, and took some amazing pictures along the way. I tried rappelling for the first time and they make my experience seamless even when I was nervous. I'd highly recommend booking with this team for your next adventure in Costa Rica.
Thrilling experience with 7 zip lines and rappelling. Guides were so great, especially Fil!! The thermal pools at the lovely resort were also so beautiful and relaxing. A bit expensive is the only thing!
Our guide Miguel Angel was knowledgeable and provided us with helpful training before zip-lining! He made everyone feel safe and checked in on each member of our group! I would highly recommend this tour and Miguel Angel as your guide. Pura vida!
What a great experience! The guides were so helpful and professional and helped everyone have a great time. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Fil. My son was nervous about zip lining at first, but Fil gave him the confidence to soar. Thanks Fil!

It was my first time zip lining and everyone was amazing! They explained and demonstrated everything and put us at ease. It was so much fun and the views were incredible!
The zipline activity was really fun and a great experience overall! The course was exciting, well organized, and gave us some amazing thrills. The staff in general were friendly, smiling, and pleasant, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the end of the activity ruined the overall impression a little. I was given one price for the photos taken during the activity, but when it was time to pay, I was charged around 25% more than the price originally quoted. When I asked for an explanation or wanted to make a complaint, the staff member suddenly pretended not to speak English anymore, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. It’s a shame, because the activity itself was really great. With more transparency on pricing and better customer service at the end, the experience would have been perfect.
