Fernando, our guide, simply gave us a perfect day. He made the long drive seem short with really interesting information about the country. We even saw sloths and beautiful colorful birds.

It's a long day, but you see a lot and it's well worth the money. You might not see the volcano because weather, but that does not detract from the experience. Our guide Fernando was informative and friendly. Would recommend as a day trip out of San Jose!
