Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointment. We understand how frustrating it must have been to expect 16 ziplines and be informed upon arrival that only 6 were available.
This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we apologize if the information was unclear or if availability changed without proper prior notice. Your comments will be reviewed with our team to ensure better communication and transparency regarding program details.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another occasion.
Best Regards,
Oh-Hoo Team

Outstanding Adventure
Excellent tour. We had a great time and enjoyed full the experience. We had done Ziplines in may countries and this one is on the top list. The crew is very friendly and make it very safe. Do not mix this adventure.

Unique experience, perfectly organized
It was a unique experience. Many thanks to our "supervisors" who did a fantastic job! Very professional and friendly! They took away our fears with great good humor and we felt sensationally well looked after and safe at all times. Thank you also for the great pictures and videos!!!! We'd be happy to come back anytime! Keep it up, that's exactly what hospitality is all about!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!!

Magnificent from start to finish
From the moment we booked we had messages confirming pick up times and place.
On arrival, we got kitted up quickly and on our way with two very experienced and friendly guides. They made us feel safe and comfortable throughout and even took photos and videos of us on our own phones. Fabulous time, highly recommended!
We did package C - which was more than enough! Well worth every penny

very exciting adventure
So much fun and our guides were all funny and made sure we were safe at all times. Tip: wear insect repellant if you are prone to mosquito bites!
