The whole process was made so easy, you can't miss the office as it's right outside. Friendly drivers and best way to get into the centre of Bruges.

Worked a treat although local buses are cheaper. Great pub called yesterdays world worth going in for a flight of Belgium beers

Great location right outside the cruise terminal. Quick check in. Great busses and drivers. Running back from Brugge often. We saved money and enjoyed the time we spent in Brugge. The drop off/pick up location is used by all busses. Cross red bridge into town.

Signage poorly marked at the port for those who have already purchased tickets. Bus depot is a 1.5km walk to the main square in Brugge which should be indicated

Very easy to find the pickup spot, just outside the cruise terminal they had Indo boards and helpful staff to answer questions. Short walk into Bruges, about 10-15 mins since buses can't drive to city center.

Easy to find on the port. Drop off area was close to the city centre. A member of the staff met us to make sure we got on the correct bus.

Easy way to see Brugge from the cruise ship. Cracking service for half the price of the ship. Will use again!!

Very well organised shuttle from zebrugge to bruge in modern air conditioned coach. Journey took approx. 25-30 mins. Only criticism is it's a fairly long walk from coach drop off into bruge itself

It was a very convenient service to use, and saved a lot of money as compared to cruise excursion. Also liked that we got to choose our time to go in as well as decide when we wanted to leave.

Had to wait 30 to 45 minutes because the parking lot gate would not allow him to exit with all the passengers. Had to watch him argue with the people there have no idea why it happened, but it was very inconvenient.
