This tour was awesome because we went outside of Amsterdam, into the countryside. Remco offered options of where to go, so it was tailored just for us! He was informative and able to answer all questions not only about what we were seeing, but the Dutch culture. We recommend spending the time for this tour!

Amazing day with Remco! Lovely comfortable car, exactly what we needed -a quite private day with someone really knowledgable. We saw windmills, clog demonstration, tasted some local delicacies. Don’t hesitate to book this trip with Remco. What a terrific guide. We had a wonderful time in Zaanse Shans and never would have found our lovely lunch in Marken. The drive was comfortable and a great opportunity to learn about what we were seeing. Remco also have us great insight on the country. I’ve never booked a tour through TripAdvisor, but after reading Renco’s reviews I felt confident to do so. Renco did not disappoint! In fact, he exceeded all of our expectations (including the finicky standards of my 9-year old daughter)! His ebullient personality was coupled by extensive knowledge about what seemed like almost every topic we covered in our six hour tour. Some tour guides are overly pedantic and spend too much time boring you with minutia. Renco effortlessly balanced his presentation of past and present Dutch culture while remaining upbeat, dynamic and fun! It must be noted that he was fabulous with my daughter who adored him! Don’t hesitate to book, Renco! You will be happy you did! All three members of my family voted him the perfect tour guide!

Seeing the windmills was the highlight of my trip! Remco is a very friendly tour guide and knowledgeable. It's like travelling with a local friend and he always made us laugh. We enjoyed the ride with his lovely car and all the funny photos he took for us! We took the 15-mins relaxing cruise as my mom couldn't walk too much and this was a good way to enjoy the scene with windmills. We also quickly visited the cheese shop and watched demonstration of clog carving. Remco loves showing all the beauties of the countries with his great passion and you won't miss out any good things and food in this tour. Thanks to Remco's hospitality! Highly recommended!

This tour is a must if one visits Amsterdam. Our guide Remco is the best there is. Very knowledgeable, entertaining and one can feel his passion & pride whenever he describes the places we been to. He even took us to the lovely country side. :)

Journey was very enjoyable. Remco is knowledgeable and had taken the extra mile to being us around the countryside. It was a very educational and enriching tour. My 2 years old daughter is comfortable throughout the journey as a children car seat was provided. In summary, this is perhaps the best day trip we have signed up for.
