チーズ農場やクロッグ工房に立ち寄り、オランダ語の田舎の本当の姿を味わってください。ここでは、古くからの伝統と地元のおもてなしが融合しています。 見学ではまず、熟練の職人がオランダ語の伝統的な木製靴の彫刻、形、塗装方法を説明するライブクロッグ作りの説明をお楽しみください。 クロッグの歴史やオランダ語の農業生活での実践、オランダのシンボルとなった経緯などを学ぶ。 次に、ゴーダチーズの魅惑的な製法を発見しましょう。 新鮮な牛乳が、抱っこ、圧搾、熟成によって風味豊かなチーズに変化し、ハーブやスパイス、熟成時間などの素材によって食感や風味がどのように変化するかを学ぶことができます。 これは単なる試飲ではなく、オランダ語の文化と料理の遺産を紹介するものです。 説明の後、たっぷりチーズの試食会。 また、農園ショップでは、地元の特産品やお土産、チーズ、手作りのクロッグなどを閲覧できる自由時間もあります。

This tour is the perfect length for a half day tour. Given all the places you get to check off the list, it is great value for the money. Our guide Claudia was wonderful, super nice, and always willing to answer any questions. Drop off and pick up instructions at every stop were always clear and easy to follow.
