Waited 45 minutes (20 before scheduled) for my transport at the EXACT location, nobody turned up, I was stuck in Banff at 8:20pm no transport, dark and overall really annoyed that I got let down, either they had a different pick up point (NOT NOTED) or they simply didn’t turn up, I don’t know, I don’t care, just if you do use this company please please give yourself time for error ( I had none) just to note I did everything perfectly, I was at the pick up point, way before time, nothing! anyway Banff was amazing I will never use your service again thanks

Joey Mac picked us up from Mount Royal Hotel to take us to Calgary airport . Very efficient service in a car as they were only 3 passengers

Excellent service from Jay - texted us ahead of time to let us know of his ETA and very friendly. Shuttle was very clean and didn't expect to have complimentary bottled water. I've been on different shuttles where the braking, turns and acceleration were jerky/abrupt and Jay is definitely experienced & comfortable with the van. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others. He took a "back route" once we got closer to YYC which I'm sure avoided traffic.

I had the best tour guide ever! He showed me around Calgary and we even got peters drive in! If you can request to get Aljay do it! He rocks ☺️
