Our flight was delayed over an hour... it was easy to communicate with our driver. He was waiting with a sign and we had a great experience. The vehicle was great, and accomodated all of our luggage. Would highly recommend. Our driver was wonderful.

The fact that I booked months in advance only to find out that the company hired another company to do the pick up and no one registered with the port authority making pick up 30 minutes late
We were cancelled less than 2 hours before the transfer was needed, from our cruise ship to hotel. We ended up having to wait an extra hour before we could find taxi service.
Hello Sarah, Unfortunately we cancelled your reservation at Vancouver cruise port because we didn´t have availability and also you informed that you had 12 suitcases and 4 carry on, you cannot fit in an SUV with all that luggage.
