My family and I booked this 1 day trip and our driver/guide was Wilson. He was very accomodating and went around with us to to almost all the areas except the Yehliu park. He gave us very clear instructions on where to go and where to meet him. The other places where he went with us, he took time and was not rushing us. He was very clear and there wouldnt be any language barrier. He included history of Taiwan as this was our first time. For the itinerary, it was good. We went to many places and felt we had enough time to look around and enjoy. Wilson is awesome at taking pictures. He even gave us a link to retrieve all outlr photos/ video for the day. Like having a professional photographer with you. It was an easy pick up and drop off. He also told us where to het nice photos and how to walk around ourselves during some free time. Overall, the tour may be a little on the pricier side but it was bang for your buck - very satisfied with the tour.

Private 2 day tour with Chia Jung our driver. Taichung - Sun Moon Lake - Taipei was a fantastic trip saw everything we wanted to and Chia Jung was very informative and friendly. Stayed at the Apollo Hotel Resort in Sun Moon Lake amazing lakeview. Highly recommend

Our driver and guide Wilson is very knowledgeable to places we go which made every stop meaningful and enjoyable. He helped us pace at a very comfortable pace to cover promised places. He kept his vehicle clean and comfortable for our ride. I would recommend this tour.

I had an amazing experience with Jennifer, my tour guide for my first solo trip to Taiwan! From start to finish, it felt like having a knowledgeable friend walking together with me and made the entire trip feel effortless and fun. Every stop was thoughtfully planned, and the stories shared brought the places to life. What I loved most was how attentive and patient she is. Knowing that I am a vegetarian, she will help to search for vegetarian food in Taiwan for me to try. It wasn’t just a tour—it felt like an adventure with a friend who truly cares about creating memorable experiences. And thank you for the beautiful sketch, it is lovely. We really enjoyed our 8 hours private tour to Northern Taiwan with our lovely guide Jennifer. Jennifer picked us up at our hotel and drove us in her private car to Tamsui, Ju Ming Museum, Yehliu and Jiufen. She was enthusiastic yet discrete, flexible (we changed our itinerary during the day), knowledgeable, respectful and well organised. She patiently took pictures for us. It was a nice, comfortabel and efficient way to get a good impression of the Northern part of Taiwan. We will definitely recommend Jennifer and this tour to our friends.

My tour guide was An, and I had the most fabulous and relaxing time. Communicative and prompt for pick up, we had a full day of eating and activities. She was happy to accommodate any interests I had on site or make recommendations for snacks. My only advice is that you bring some cash as recommended to fully experience all the wonderful and inexpensive food and drinks!!

I did a private tour with Jennifer in late July, and I’m so glad I did! Definitely a highlight of my trip. She was very knowledgeable, quite fluent in English, and helped with whatever I needed even coming prepared with ponchos and umbrella for me to use. She happily took photos of me the whole time and made the experience great. It did rain on and off throughout the day but still felt like a perfect trip to take rain or shine with the car rides and coverings in some places. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about it!

Berry Tsai was our tour guide (ENG) and was an amazing guide! He was incredibly accommodating in terms of communication, service and answering questions. The tour was quick jam packed so it moves quickly, but he made sure to remind us of the itinerary and how long it would take to travel and how long we could stay in the area. He provided history, culture and information of the country and each location/tour, which was rich and beautiful! He even provided food for us to try in Jiufen, an upgrade for our sky lantern to have 4 colors instead of two, took our photos, and even dropped us off at Yong Kang Beef Noodle near our hotel after the tour was over and he recommended us really great spots! Overall, he was an amazing person, it was so nice to get to know him and have conversations. He was so helpful in providing translations but also helping us learn phrases and words in Mandarin to help converse with the locals. We were able to get to everything with great timing and he was so helpful in providing water/space for us in the car. I highly recommend the tour and the tour guides, it was great to see the beautiful nature in the country of Taiwan and experience the wonder that is each location. Thank you once again Berry! We wish we could provided a gift from the U.S. or something to show our love and care for a wonderful experience in the same way you showed us.

Must visit trip. Do it with Jennifer. She has a great knowledge and excellent tour guide. All the spots are beautiful and with a good view.
