If you don’t mind caves and climbing stairs all day then you’ll definitely enjoy this. Its worth the money. I just didn’t expect to do 7 zip lines back to back. I thought I could choose which ones I wanted to do etc. The buffet had some awesome wings! I do give this a 5 star because I didnt know what to expect but i still saw the value in the park. Im just not big on caves and cant swim 😩🤣 but someone who doesn't mind will love this!
DO NOT book with Viator! 9/2026 paid$780.00 received no services. No customer first service here!!!! They changed location of pickup and said the company texted us. We were at sea…no message received. We paid an additional $420.00 for transportation to the park XPLOR .Once there the provider said they would return at 5:00 pm. We needed to return at 4:30 for the ship. The time of departure from the park was never noted in the booking. They never intended to provide the transportation. The booking stated transportation included. This was the biggest SCAM and Viator says GRUPO EXCARET reports they contacted us about the pickup location change. DO NOT USE VIATOR—not reliable
We were so disappointed that what we purchased was not actually what we got! The transportation pickup location, which we confirmed and even emailed about the night before, was not correct. We ended up paying so much money out of pocket to get to the actual theme park. We were on a cruise and had to be back to the port by 4:30 pm. The Viator listing was 6 hours. But when we got to XPLOR after we missed the transportation getting to the park, we were told they would only be making one shuttle trip out after 5 pm. That would have made the excursion 8 hours and definitely would have missed getting back to the port. We chose Viator because one of the travelers in our party was older than the maximum age on the same Cruise excursion. It was also cheaper than the cruise excursion but by the time we paid the additional transportation, which was supposed to be included, we ended up paying SO much more out of pocket. It was a very scary, stressful experience. We will not be using Viator again sadly.
The park is excellent. Lots of adrenaline.

Must bring watershoes for most activities and I'd recommend a waterproof phone pouch. Food was nice and staff were lovely.
Pick up was at 9:30 but we didn’t leave 10:30 for less than a ten minute journey on the bus. By the time we got to the check in desk it was 10:45am then you need to get your helmets etc. Recommend doing toboginate first as it’s the most popular activity. My family liked it but I hated it as I didn’t feel safe in it. The caves experience, zip lines, food, nice staff, hygiene and cleanliness were all great. Buy the photo package it’s excellent value for money.

The pick up was late, we got to the park 1hr late and than they ask for tips? what a joke. The park is great, most of it is underground, the zip-line and the water slide(1hr queue) was the highlight. Food is ok, nothing special, they also have a drinks/smoothie bar that was good, great variety. Make sure to bring a case to protect the phone underwater and water shoes. The bus they pick you up is cool.
