Juam, Manuel and Saul rock!! Juam and Manuel are both great, knowledgeable and fantastic jokes. Saul is a great driver. Together they made sure the roadtrip was fun, safe and enjoyable.

My father left a bad review on your feedback form but he just doesn’t know how to make the most of an experience so I want to give you guys my 5 star rating. My brother and I had a great time with Manuel and Juam as our guides and Saul as our driver. Both guides were very funny and very knowledgeable. I will warn that there’s a lot of talking on the bus ride there (not back though), but hey, you booked a tour for a reason! They were also smart and avoided the crowd by having us go to Chichen Itza last. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we would book again!

Too much talk the guides were talking more than 2 hrs when going in the morning. Felt like we are back in college listening to lecture. Too much talk. They said it would be raining today evening knowing that it is going to rain in the evening, the tour should have taken us to the main attraction first instead we went to cenote and then to vallodoid and finally to Chichen itza, by the time the guided tour needed and we started our walk around t started raining heavily and we ended up returning back to bus completely drenched. I have done this trip in the past with another tour operator. Comparatively this is very average

The Cenote is a bit small nothing like the other one we went to where it’s a 45 minute swim to connecting denotes. The water is cool and refreshing and since it’s small no guide there. Buffet as usual is nothing to write home about. The guide BETO is very informative and proud of Mexican history and educational about all the Mayan info. Much appreciated. He’s so enthusiastic that he didn’t notice the weather changes so the finale was not so good as we can’t take photos due to thunderstorm which left us soaked through . Luckily we did take some photos along the way . The bus driver is good and safe but due to the rainy condition in early evening it took longer to get us back to the hotel. All in all I think the Amigo Tour with Beto did a very good job! If they could supply water like other tours we took it would make it perfect imho,

Manuel was the driver, Paul and Rey were the guides . Smooth drive big and comfortable bys. Everything was on time. Guide very knowledgeable and fun. The cenote beautiful, the food very good and plenty, the tequila tasting worth it, Valladolid was just a quick stop. Chichen Itza definitely a wonder.

Amazing! Tour guide was well versed, entertaining, courteous and extremely respectful of everyone. We had a great time.

They canceled my trip in the last minute and I didn’t end up visiting chichen itza . You better look for an other tour company

Tour was very good, Noe, Victor and Manuel did a great job! Bus number 2041. Use the Amigo tours App for easier communication after purchasing the tickets from Viator. Manuel made sure everyone is on the same page with instructions. I would say they are very organized. Shout out to Victor for lending us some shade because we did not bring or rented a umbrella. Bring sandals or flip flops when going to the Cenote. We travelled with a 7 and 3 yrs. Old. Be ready for some hot hot heat when going to Chichen itza.
