Honestly, I hadn't tried it, but I loved the experience, I will repeat it to celebrate my birthday. I went with my nephews who were on vacation, but this time I will take my husband so he can experience what I lived. But I really loved everything, it is one of the experiences that you must do at at least twice a year.

We spent a very fun day at Xel-Ha; my 10 and 6-year-old children say it was the best day of their lives. The park's logistics and the staff help a lot to make it a very pleasant experience. I make a special mention of the lifeguard from Sinaloa who helped me and my son at the exit of the lazy river, since we were in a double tube and his support was excellent and respectful.

We went to Xel-há with a 6 year old and 8 year old. They were able to participate in all of the included activities and had a great time. Transportation to and from the resort was easy and comfortable. Xel-há provides everything you need: food, drinks, towels, lockers included in the all inclusive ticket price so it makes for an easy, fun day. I had difficulty downloading my tickets via the link provided by Viator but a quick call to customer service fixed the problem and they sent me a PDF of our tickets. Overall it was such a great experience and we will go again next time we are in the area.

Park is beautiful but slightly overpriced (some activities are not included in the admission fee). Tour guide on the way there was very nice and open to questions. Return drive wasn’t all that great, bus driver explained instructions in spanish and declared “no english”. Was overspeeding and driving like he had no people in his vehicle. Overall, would recommend (minus the return drive experience)

A natural water park, ideal for children and adults. The admission is not cheap, but we had a great time and the facilities and restaurants were up to par.

Fantastic experience. Something for everyone, too bad the day is over. Personally, I thought the cost was really high, especially when you book extras like the Stingray experience. This one was really great. I understood that a lot of income goes to animal welfare and maintenance of the park. Well the entire staff deserve a bonus, so incredibly friendly and helpful. Really a must for a holiday in Calcun region 👍
