Unorganized corporation.
Unorganized corporation. Delay of more than 1 hour. Both on the go and on the return. The Van has uncomfortable banks. The bus didn't fit all the bags.

Never Showed
Van never showed up for our pick-up. We had 6 kids with us and were left stranded in Rio. We were refunded by Viator.

Incredibly helpful and rapid communication!
The team were fantastic and transfers smooth - I left my phone in one of the cars and they bought it back immediately! I am super grateful for their rapid communication and kindness.

Transfer from Rio to Angra
Transfer logistics ran smoothly and as described. There is a 25 min stop which is spot on to go toilet, grab a bite etc. Only reason I'm not giving. 5 stars was because the driver was constantly checking his phone while driving and also driving too fast. I'm ok with this as it's very Latin driving manners. But thought of letting people know.

Bus and boat transfer to Ihla Grande plus boat tours of the island.
Our experience with Top Transfer was exceptional. They were very timely, made sure that we were informed and safe. And overall they provided excellent customer service. I could not believe how personal and kind they were. The staff really wanted to make sure that you enjoyed your entire stay in Brazil. Our trip was largely a success because of the great experience with Top Transfer!!!!!
