A disaster! I booked the jump for a lot of money. It is advertised with a great panoramic view, view of the beautiful blue lake, etc. Due to poor organization by the operator, the last jumpers, including me, jumped in complete darkness, since the sun had already set. To my question of whether it would still be light when I jump, I was previously assured it would be, since it was always light at this time. According to them, it was supposedly not foreseeable that the sun would set and it would then be dark, and it could not have been avoided with correct planning/an earlier jump. Funny that the earlier jumpers in the same gondola were not affected by this and were able to take home a nice jump, as well as a nice memory. Pictures could not be taken due to the poor visibility/darkness, and the video was also provided to me free of charge, since they themselves admitted that the service was not fulfilled for the full price. You can't get more insight than that, can you? It makes you wonder how brazen the excuses are going to get. A fair solution was not offered to me. Not to mention the unfriendly manner on site and in customer service. As soon as problems arise, this provider is unfortunately to be rated as more than inadequate. By the way, NO night jump was booked!

Such a great experience! The staff was so friendly and fun. They took the nerves out of all of it. The view was absolutely incredible and the whole experience was amazing. Definitely use Outdoor for many other activities. And would definitely bungee jump again!

Two groups of ours came to enjoy the bungee jumping and had a fantastic time. Spectacular views, great fun atmosphere between all the jumpers and staff and most importantly everyone felt safe and so enjoyed the whole thing without drama!

Bungee jumping was a real highlight for us and an experience that we will not soon forget. A big thank you to Allan, Martin, and Rayno – you were great! From the very beginning, we felt well taken care of and safe with you. Everything was explained in detail and clearly, and the relaxed, casual atmosphere really helped to get the nervousness before the jump under control. 😊 The scenery is simply spectacular and makes the experience even more special. It is also absolutely worth it for spectators who do not want to jump themselves to come along – the view and the atmosphere alone are impressive. A unique experience, a great team, and a fantastic location – absolute recommendation!

On Sunday I did the bunging in the gondola which is the activity is quite fun. The instructors a little edges to people who do not speak the language are treated differently and with strange looks except for a dark, tall, strong one who was concerned at all times for the well-being of the participants. Then just before jumping they make video and photos of what they ask you do you want to pay? I think that question could be asked at another time and ask better how it is. I requested the video package that is 49 francs they sent me the video the next day, the video only lasts 1:21 for my taste badly edited and also with its advertising. A product that is paid for should not have advertising.

For me, jumping means courage, freedom, and personal growth. It took a lot of effort for me to dare to make this jump. Without the mental support and the safety provided by the guides, it would not have been so easy for me to jump. The whole jump was an unforgettable experience for me. It was an unforgettable day, and I am sincerely grateful to every single person I was able to meet that day. A fair offer by Swiss standards. The video is worth it; I would recommend that everyone capture this special moment.

Perfect expirience. Everything was well organized. All the Team Members were super and friendly. We had a really good time. We will definitely explore the other adventures.
