The tour with Jolien was brilliant! Jolien took great care of us, especially our son, who is a wheelchair user, shared a lot of information about Lake Brienz with us, and even spoiled our 4-year-old with blackberries from the shore and cookies she brought along! Thank you very much Jolien, you are great! The whole crew welcomed us very warmly, everyone is extremely nice and helpful, thanks especially to Olivia, who made the tour possible for us on short notice! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone involved, we would love to do this again! We can only recommend Hightide!!!

Easy to book and clear communication with instructions, and on-site everything ran smoothly, facilities were clean and organised. Lake Brienz is just stunning, and the three-hour tour was enough to get a full experience at the lake, but not too tiring. The group was nice and small. The instructor took good care of us, and also took photos so we didn't need to risk our phones falling in the lake. Will definitely book another activity with Hightide!

The trip was enjoyable and informative. Was tailored to the group, lots of lovely views and locations picked to visit on the summer kayaking tour by our guide (Andrea) and the information was great. Enjoyable experience from start to finish would recommend to people

Both tours were led with much friendliness and warmth. The explanations were clear and effective. Both guides, Ben and Patricia, worked very professionally. They communicated openly and created a pleasant collaboration. The tour was very varied and beautiful. All participants were attended to and considered. As a beginner, I felt safe at all times.

It was a beautiful day for a kayak tour, we had fun, but didn't learn much from our guide. Hoping to learn more about the lake and the surrounding area. Also, we moved very very slowly at times, just sitting in the lake doing nothing. For a new kayak this may be great, but for experienced kayaks, I would look for a different trip.

Wonderful experience. The lake itself is the most stunning setting. Our instructor was great, led our small group well, but very relaxed and let us crack straight on with the kayaking, without endless instruction. Equipment was top quality, location easy to find, and the whole experience couldn't have gone smoother.

Ben is a nice and thoughtful guide who made the experience enjoyable. The only downside was that the activity was a bit too easy and lacked any real challenge. If you're looking for something more adventurous or physically demanding, this probably isn't the right activity for you. Also, we still haven't received our photo.

From start to finish it was a fantastic day out with our group kayaking! For many people in our group it was their first time kayaking. Our guide, Ben, was so knowledgeable and helped to make sure everyone felt confident before we even got on the water. Once on the water, Ben was continually checking in and made everyone feel as though they could do it. Halfway through we stopped for a break and got to play some fun games on the water as well. Overall it was a great time between the views and the tour everyone had a fabulous day!
