An experience absolutely to be forgotten. At the end of the tour, we were left stranded by the driver who did not realize that we were not on the shuttle; the transfer left without waiting. We contacted the facility, which told us to take a taxi that would be reimbursed upon presenting the receipt, which we did, receiving a refund of less than 50%. I believe it is a shame to leave tourists at the mercy of themselves after having regularly paid what was due. I strongly advise against the tour operator.

The experience was very good. But the tripadvisor itself did absolutely nothing. You were measured by someone who had printed tickets. But then you had to go into the "normal" queue and wait for 25 minutes in the shining sun, 30 degrees Celsius, before you came in and a "normal" guide met up. So the question where is what did trip advisor really do? the answer is: nothing. But it certainly became more expensive. Advise you all to get a ticket directly from the mine website.

I strongly advise against booking through Krakow Booking. We purchased tickets for the Wieliczka Salt Mine through this company, expecting added value based on their claims. Instead, we ended up paying over 700 PLN more than we would have by purchasing the tickets directly at the ticket office. Even with children included, the total price was around 120% higher than the official price. The company also claims that booking through them helps you avoid long queues. This was completely untrue in our experience. There were no queues at the ticket office at all, so this promise was misleading. Another selling point was that a tour guide was included. This information is also meaningless because every visitor is assigned an official guide at the Wieliczka Salt Mine, regardless of where the tickets are purchased. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. We paid a significant premium for benefits that either did not exist or are included with every standard ticket. I cannot recommend this service.

Krakow Booking Tours was VERY complicated! You just stand across the street and wait for someone to come and get you to check in. Very disorganized and not friendly. It was only the tour guide that was awesome. Everything else with this company is not good. Don’t know why Viator would sell this company!

Beautiful trip, very interesting, it doesn't get cold inside as they say, perhaps because it was 35 degrees outside A suggestion for improvement from the organizing agency Viator, you could provide more indications on where to pick up the tickets.

We paid for beat the queue to go in at 1130 & ended up queueing & going in after midday. This was caused as information telling us where to meet was confused many other people had the same issue. Once in salt mine was amazing & very interesting

I thought it was going to be kind of lame, but then I went and my mind was blown. The altar is salt, the reliefs in the walls are salt, the tiles in the floor are salt and even the chandeliers are salt. I think we went on a morning tour and it was about half a day, so you'd still have a lot of time to wander around Krakow afterwards.The chapels, art, etc. were very awesome.

Very good. At the entrance there was a bit of waiting but not too long. The Fench speaking guide Pawel was very funny and provided wealth of details amd information. There are a lot of step and walking so make sure you are in good condition and comfortably shod. St Kinga's chapel was my favourite part, it was incredible to see how faith and art created beautiful statues and spaces under the ground. The sourroundings of the mine are pleasant as well with green spaces, shops and restaurants. Well worth a visit.

Quite expensive but a very interesting guided tour. A bit confusing to use the voucher to get the tickets. Need to read the small print to collect the tickets
