Driver was excellent and picked us up from the hotel on time. He was very friendly throughout the whole trip and explained exactly how things would operate at each stage of the tour. The tour guide was also very good, with a lot of in depth knowledge. He was also extremely respectful throughout. He always waited until the entire tour had assembled at the next talking point before speaking. The guide was very well spoken and fluent in English. The only thing I would say, and this is outwith the tour operators' control, is that the tour is not designed with elderly guests in mind. I appreciate they want to keep Auschwitz authentic but some well thought out areas for some benches or water fountains would make a world of differences. My elderly mother suffered for a lot of the trip as there were no such facilities during a hot day and a relentless 6 hour experience.

The visit and the commentary from the guide felt very rushed, with little time for reflection. This was a real shame given the huge historical and emotional significance of the site. Pre-trip communication was good and coach transfers were comfortable.
