Service is irresponsible and unreliable. Driver did not show up 6:30 am to take me from Marrakech to Casablanca airport. When I contacted Viator support I was told service was cancelled even though I had a confirmed ticket and it was paid for. Never use this service.
We had an amazing 9-day trip in Morocco, covering all the main highlights including Fez, Casablanca, Marrakech, Chefchaouen, and an unforgettable night in the desert. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we traveled in a new and spacious van, which made the journey super comfortable. I highly recommend our driver, Abdo! He was friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable. Throughout the trip, he always checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and shared so much about Moroccan life and Muslim culture. He truly made the long daily drives interesting and memorable. Thanks again for the great experience!
Excellent transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca Airport. The car was very clean, modern, and super comfortable. The driver was professional, on time, and drove very smoothly and safely. We enjoyed the ride, especially the air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the car. A perfect service for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable journey. Highly recommended.
