空港到着の場合、当社のドライバーは到着ターミナルのすぐ外でお客様のフルネームが書かれた看板を持ってお待ちしています。 到着時に連絡が必要な場合に備えて、WhatsAppで有効な電話番号を必ずお知らせください。 宿泊施設が車両乗り入れ禁止のメディナ（旧市街）内にある場合は、近くの集合場所の手配やポーターのお手伝いでお客様のリアードまでお連れします。 遠隔地や田舎の物件（例えば、ルート・ド・フェ、ルート・ド・ロウリカ、パルメライエ、アガファイなど）からのピックアップは、距離に応じて追加の調整とわずかな追加料金が必要となる場合があります。 フライトや到着が遅れた場合でもご安心ください。すべてのフライトをリアルタイムで監視し、着陸後最大90分間追加料金なしで待機します。 出発の場合、マラケシュ空港にタイムリーに到着するように、フライトの3時間前までにピックアップのスケジュールを設定することをお勧めします。

Very efficient! Needed a driver at 4:45am and the driver was ready and waiting at 4:30am.
I am very satisfied with the airport transfer service. The care was perfect, the driver was punctual and professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Special mention for their availability and responsiveness, even for a last minute booking. I recommend without hesitation! Many thanks ☺️
Great experience, from start to finish. Bader picked us up at the aiport exit and immediately took our luggage to the car. Great and safe driving until we reached our destination. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend at all: 1/ 4 times the price of a regular taxi 2/ person on arrival at the airport (after several searches at the exit of the airport and attempts to reach them by phone, I am told that someone will be there in 15 minutes) 3/ transport in an old vehicle (nothing to do with the announcement photo either at the vehicle or the clothing of the driver who showed up) 4/ no professionalism (we had to follow the driver by running with our suitcases because parked in double queue without receiving any help from him)

Booking went well, driver was on time. We got to the airport OK. He then insisted I owed him another €10 on top of the $40 I had already paid. There was never any mention of this beforehand.

My taxi arrived on time and Aadil gave me help to load my two suitcases. Aadil was friendly and cheery. I had a pleasant ride to the airport which was a great way to end my holiday.
