ホテルでドライバーと待ち合わせ、ジャングルのトレイルヘッドまで移動して、ツアーの最初の部分である ATV トレイル ライドに参加します。ご自身の ATV を運転するか、冒険のパートナーと 2 人乗りして、密林のトレイルを進みます。乗りながら熱帯の鳥のさえずりを聞き、風光明媚なスポットの野生の自然を感じてください。トレイルを楽しんだ後は、元の出発点に戻り、カリブ海沿岸に向かって進みます。マロマ ビーチでトレイルのほこりを洗い流すことができます。ウェーブ ランナーまたはスピード ボートを選択し、スロットルを開けて暖かい水風を楽しみます。海岸線に沿って穏やかな波を滑り抜け、カリブ海の水平線に沿って海洋生物を観察します。素晴らしい水上ライドの後は、岸に戻っておいしいメキシカン ブランチ、水、ソーダ、ナショナル オープン バーを楽しみ、ホテルへの帰路に着きます。

ATV's were boring. It would be okay for beginners. The waverunners were extreme! We had rough water but that didn't slow the guide down. I'd only recommend this tour for experienced riders. The worst part of the experience was that the entire resort/tour facility reeked of urine and camel manure! Also, even after telling several staff when we wanted to head back to our hotel, they didn't have the promised shuttle run and were very rude about informing us that we would have to wait for two hours before they would provide transportation! It cost me an extra $50 for a taxi. Overall, it was a poorly run operation.

This combo tour is designed for a wide range of participants, from beginners to more experienced riders. Sea conditions can vary significantly depending on weather, and for safety reasons guides adjust routes and pacing according to operational conditions on the day. We also regret the inconvenience regarding the return transportation. Shared transportation schedules are coordinated based on multiple tour departures and arrivals throughout the day, but we understand that the waiting time was frustrating and apologize if the communication from staff did not meet appropriate service standards. Your comments regarding the facility conditions and staff interactions have been shared directly with the local operator for review and improvement. At first we had a bit of a mix up with the time . But after everything was straighten out we had a blast. Good guides. Family atmosphere
This trip was amazing. Very fun especially the boat ride. This tour has it all. If you want nice scenic ride you have it, if you want high energy, you have it. Highly recommend
We scheduled the ATV tour and never received any communication from Viator or the tour operator. In turn we missed our scheduled day. We rescheduled the next day however, we had to pay an additional $40.00 for a rebooking fee. Communicating with the Viator representative was highly difficult and frustrating. Onshore representatives need to be an option.

It is important to verify communications through the email and the app to stay updated. According to our records, all communications were sent as normal. It appears that the booking was made by someone else (Gina Torres) who did not provide the correct details, such as the email and phone number of the person who was going to take the tour (James Jenkins). This miscommunication unfortunately contributed to the confusion. We appreciate your suggestion for onshore representatives and will take it into consideration as we strive to enhance our customer service experience. We were picked up on time from our hotel, our driver was very funny with good stories about his love for Phil Collins. We arrived at the Seaside El Dorado and paid a deposit for our locker, and paid an extra $30 USD for insurance for the ATVs/waverunners as a precaution in case of damage. Our first activity was the waverunner. We were given detailed instructions and safety measures. The jetskis were a lot of fun, our guide pointed out sea turtles during the adventure. The ocean was calm but be mindful, this is the open ocean, waves can come out of nowhere and knock you off, very important to respect the machine you’re on as well as the body of water you’re in. Next activity was the ATV. Our guides were great again, going over safety measures before hand. We both enjoyed the ATV but it was a small course, so we doubled back on many of the routes a few times, which was fine, but if you want variations in the course, this was not as much. We did see a crocodile on our journey, probably the coolest part! We purchased our photos, they were quite expensive, $300 USD, $150 per excursion, the most expensive of the photo packages we purchased from all our adventures. We were meant to also receive photo frames with our purchase but in our rush to catch our shuttle and being flustered, we forgot. I will mention the WhatsApp representative and the guides were responsive when I reached out to them to see if we could still get the frames. Sadly the taxi back to Playa Maroma was too expansive to justify going back to get them. We also got to take photos with camels they had on the property, we tipped the caregiver as he took many photos of us with the camels with our phones and allowed us to interact with them. Who knew, camels in Mexico? Very cool extra. Great fun day!
The guide and photographer did an amazing job ! The route was well thought out, ATV equipment was clean. Highly recommend!
We had a really good time with both the activities. Staff was really awesome. Beach was excellent too
The atv was fun, but wished we could have gone faster. It was on a trail that they tried to make adventurous but really wasn't. The speed boats were good. Water was really choppy so we hit hard alot. Also the seaweed kept getting caught in motor so had to stop at times to fix it. Staff was amazing and so kind. The lunch that was included was great too
