Fantastic experience and the best way to see the Pyramids
Amazing experience, there can not be a better way to see the pyramids. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the music back at the base. It really helped we had such a clear day!

Balloon tour from Mexico City
Wonderful experience with this tour! Ernesto was a wonderful balloon captain and the ride was very smooth. Beautiful views of the valley, other balloons, and pyramids. Highly recommend! Only thing is the ride from Mexico City was a bit bumpy.

The guy in charge of the flight seemed very knowledgeable and everything was smooth

Overall was a really great experience. I thought that we will catch the sunrise from the balloon flight which didn’t happened and then I found breakfast poor with so small buffet.

They don’t get close to the pyramids
Hot air balloon experience is cool, but they really do not get close to the pyramids we were able to see them but from further away. Everything else was great and the pickup and drop off was smooth.

Great experience for couples
Great communication, staff are professional. We were picked up at the hotel, took the hot air balloon ride. Had breakfast and photo with video optional package. After we were given the opportunity to take a walking tour of the grounds which was perfect.
