The Ballooning was awesome! For someone who doesn't like heights generally I wasn't scared at all! We even had an unscheduled landing due to wind lol, but it all felt very safe. Breakfast in the cave was also great. Thanks for also introducing me to Mango Spicy Tequila!
Overall a great tour. The tour date we booked got canceled due to weather so we were rescheduled for the next day. The van driver contacted me via WhatsApp and pickup was on time (be prepared for a 3-4am alarm). We launched in the balloon right around 6am. There was some time spent sitting and waiting here and there but that is to be expected for this sort of activity. My only major feedback is that the time spent at Teotihuacan was too short. The tour allows one hour at the park, which is not enough time to do both the museum and the major sites; 1.5-2 hours would’ve been more appropriate. For those taking a hot air balloon for the first time, I’d recommend ear plugs as the pilot light can be loud (and hot).
An unforgettable experience! The weather was just perfect, and everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The staff made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and the views were absolutely stunning. Floating over the Teotihuacán pyramids at sunrise was magical. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico!

This trip was amazing and highly recommend it. From the beginning of the tour Crystal was great and made everything fun and enjoyable. She had the party energy to make this tour come to life. You do a lot in this tour (breakfast, hot air balloon, pyramids, mezcal tasting) for a great price and including pick up and drop off at your place.
