コモ湖ボートツアーでヴァレンナとベラージョをワインと共に観光

So we showed up to the dock and to our surprise the boat that they advertise on this listing is not the boat that the excursion is actually on. They advertise a nice state of the art fiberglass boat. The actual boat is an old wood boat (see pic attached). When we brought it to their attention, they said sorry but now this is the boat and tried to tell us it was an upgrade. It was definitely no upgrade. So we continued on the excursion to Bellagio which was the first stop. They told us to meet back at the drop off point in one hour. We went for lunch in Bellagio, but the service was miserable and took the whole hour. We rushed back to the boat arriving a few minutes late and the boat had left us. I called the boat operator who claimed that should not have happened, and he would reach out to the boat to come pick us up after the second stop in Varenna which we ended up missing. Anyway, after over an hour the boat came and got us and took us back. Keep in mind this was a semi-private excursion with only 9 passengers. So, stay away from these guys, they are not advertising with integrity and Viator bares some accountability here since they are allowing this on their platform. What you see is not what you get. The fact that they left us was shocking after paying so much and the whole operation was rush, rush, rush. Definitely do not recommend, this operation.

We had a fun and very comfortable boat ride with Edoardo! He paused to share pieces of history and crusied to the destinations with our favorite songs. He had great recommendations for the village stops and made for a wonderful visit on the water.
