Mike was a fabulous tour guide. So glad he had tea with us. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Kensington Palace!
It was such a lovely morning. Our guide was great! I was impressed with his knowledge of all the names of the tea cakes. He was very helpful with teaching us the proper way to deal with our tea.

One of the highlights of the tour was our guide, Pamela. She didn’t let the rainy start put a damper on our experience. She was lovely and truly knowledgeable. We enjoyed our tour and simply adored Pamela. Thank you!
Fantastic experience that adds a lot of value over a self directed visit. Mike was outstanding with both myself and my daughter bringing both a depth of knowledge to the experience but also adapting to different knowledge bases. 10/10 recommend
Our guide was fine. But, not worth $261 for a tour. Guide could not take us in Kensington and he was not needed for tea either. These are definitely activities you can do on your own.
Pamela was an excellent guide and shared some amazing historical facts as well as London royal information. Beautiful estate and gardens and the Orangery tea room was lovely. Highly recommend this tour!
Tour guide was knowledgeable of Kensington Palace, and he facilitated us getting in and out of the Palace and the Orangery (for high tea). However, unlike other tours, he did not actually come inside Kensington Palace. Based on my tour of Westminster Abbey, I thought and expected the tour guide would come in. I was a bit disappointed at first. That said, he was very nice, walked us all around the grounds, and helped take photos of the group. I recommend him, but just for anyone who is expecting the tour guide to come in, this isn’t that type of tour.
I loved my tour guide Barbara and his assistant guide who was so kind to take pictures and answer our questions. The palace tour is nice but it was a great addition to have their knowledge of the royal parks and the Palace, they arranged a nice afternoon tea for us it was so nice that I returned for tea when my cruise stopped in England. The red velvet tea was delicious and had to have it again. Have fun and bring a cute fascinator for tea. The price covers mostly the afternoon tea and tickets, so it wasn't bad at all.
Just go to the palace yourself. The guide just walks you over, talks about things that are not memorable, then you go in by yourself. Then walks you over to the Orangery for tea. You can book both yourself. Very disappointed with the so called garden tour...in May you just walk through a nice vine covered path, that's it, that's all. Fir an avid gardener, very disappointing. The Orangery was spectacular 👌
